I got a nice peptide holder off amazon for cheap. It's all black with a seal around it. No fridge "stuff" getting on my vials.
the past few weeks I've open my fridge and all my GH vials go flying. I've been meaning to get one just been lazy. I will look into upgrading if this doesn't work

Not in one motion, no. On some oils (not peptides / GH) the aluminum was very thin and when I’d pop off the cap the aluminum would tear a bit. Just to see what would happen I peeled it off entirely and the stopper remained air tight. Not my favorite experience but I was able to use the contents with no issues. Yes. Sometimes I have to hold back the plunger so it doesn't go in too fast and make foam.

I've had oil vials with a little microperforation down one side. I've always been careful not to peel them.
there’s no benefit to peeling it off that’s for sure. It was a one time experiment because I was a bit puzzled when it tore and I needed to see if the stopper maintained the airtight seal and it did.
Having a peptide only fridge/freezer is great. This one was relatively inexpensive, and the freezer is a manual defrost as well. Not having it opened dozens of times a day by kids looking for snacks is good for temperature stability, and no one else goes in it, so stuff isn't getting knocked around. $250 from Best Buy:

Yes ,the aluminum crimp did tear down the side a bit. I always filter into a new sterile vial so it didn't matter to me. I actually thought about tearing it the rest of the way off instead of going through the rubber with a needle, but decided that would just increase the chance of dropping it.
