Do you mean the silver crimp came off so the stopper came out?
If so I would have reconstituted it and used it right away but maybe im crazy

I was 1 and done with the whole kit. I'm not touching these just put a bad taste in mouth and my gut said not to even inject this.

That's a bummer. I haven't had that issue with the blacktops. It sounds like a one off. At they very least, I would open a second one while videoing it. If the cap comes off again you'll have a good case for a refund.

Is it the silver crimp and cap only? Or did the stopper come out as well? I’ve had the crimp and cap come off on oils but stopper remained tightly in place. Used it with no issues.

If the stopper is tightly in place then it should be fine to use. If the stopper was dislodged opening the contents up to air then it’s a no go.
for oils anyway, some of the vials / crimps that are used are the same as those which are used for medicinal purposes where a sterile solution needs to be emptied out of the vial during a procedure (safer and easier than glass ampuoles). So in those cases the crimp is meant to be easily peeled away so the stopper can be accessible to dump the liquid. Obviously that’s not the design intention here. But stopper securely in place should be good to go. Again I’ve had this happen on oils before and used them with no issues.

I do have some 15IU vials black tops from a different vendor. Unfortunately Something happened on my first order and this was a store credit given to me curtesy of primal. I'm not asking for any refunds if that were the case.

Definitely try one more. I'm with you though, I never pin any questionable gear.
