SLUPP 50mg GB

Is everyone using slu from the same supplier/batch or testing for purity first?

If not there's zero way to go by feels as some could be using high purity while others are using baking sugar......know what I mean?
no , what do you mean, lol,, come on man that is such a broad statement, of course , they are from different batches, some are doing raws, some takin smaller pills etc, i don't get your question, i know the Slupp i was taking was tested and its been posted so it wasn't a "mystery baking sugar", ,

What I mean is it's impossible to judge results of this compound when most are using untested products. Those getting good results could be using legit raws and dosing themselves and those getting poor results could be using untested caps of low purity, much lower mcg than label claim or not slu at all.

Get what I'm saying now homie?

ok "homie" ,

It seems like no1 is getting anything from 20mg SLU pp?? It seems wierd as some people report effects on as low as 200mcg.

I tried 200,400,600,800,1000 mcg and felt nothing, not sure if its even worth trying 20mg?
I take SLU 3x a day and its been about a month now. It increases my RHR by about 11-12 bpm average and ups both blood pressure markers by 5-6 (Systolic and diastolic)

I also noticed being way more veiny, vessels pop out easier and i feel slightly warmer. Body temp has risen by 0.2 30-45mins after taking it.

After taking it on a empty stomach, at 10mg and higher it also greatly reduces my blood glucose by 14-15 points average (tested fasted morning, and 2-3h after meals). Taking it pre-bed lowered my glucose next morning by about 6 points.

These are the obvious changes, also running a few other things for Mito health but these are the 2 most distinct things i can confirm come from taking SLU.

Currently just at maintenance cals and can definitely see getting slightly leaner but i'd say SLU makes like a 3-4% difference only.

I take it mostly for the benefits of the Mitochondrial health and blood sugar management to improve Hba1c and Homa.

Given the current pricing i'd say its only worth running during long cuts or recomps and when you really want to squeeze out a little bit more but for the current price of it, i'd think twice or thrice about spending money it.
For me it seems to be working, just little and is not worth the money i'd rather spend it on Retra, Carnitine and Glutathione

Will continue running it for the next 2 months and then pull bloods to see changes overall

Nice of you with such a detailed reply. Which doses have you been running, I see you meantion 10mg+? Personally Im interestedin the benifits of bloodsuger management but maybe also an improvement in kidney values. Would be great if it could improve endurance a little too. Its not really the fat loss thing that interrests me the most, since its easy to manage with just diet changes.

Currently 3x20mg with every meal. MCG doses do nothing for me. I am +120KG at nearly 190cm.

20mg is where i really can feel it when taking it alone.

For endurance, i didnt notice anything. For that i get much more out of Carnitine and MOTS-C together. These 2 greatly boost my endurance!

So my Hba1c improved by 0.3 and Homa by 0.2. I am also running a few other things so i wouldnt give SLU all the credit obviously but the lower blood sugar throughout the night, morning and after meals is a nice addition, no big peaks!

You making your own caps?
I bought them pressed in 20mg pills already, managed to get a good deal and got like 1-2k pill

Not considering ordering raws or making my own unless the prices drop greatly. SLU is a nice little addition but again, its overhyped for fat loss and all that. Benefit is minimal but nice to have so unless it goes lower in price i can only see myself running it 1-2x a year for 2-3 months for a nice cut or recomp

Should this be taken with a meal? For some reason I assumed it should be taken without?

I may start at 20mg, probably gonna try full dose all at once to see if I can feel allthough halflife is prette short so maybe better to split the dose long term.

20mg tabs...wow! And the norm for caps is 250mcg and guys are paying around $200usd for 50 from online places like swisschems lol. If 250mcg is a joke of a dose and guys ain't getting much running 50-100mg ed then I can see why UGLs here don't carry this stuff.

SSA and SRY have both launched 50mg slupp pills, so here am I trying to see if it's worth using.

From what I've read, high doses (up to 150mg a day) results in increase in RHR, body temperature, perspiration and lowered bg with minimal or no improvement in performance? Lol

Is anyone still doing this high dosed and are planning to continue it? Is it better to just take more motsc instead?

I use SLU SSA 500mcg and I'm happy with it. I've noticed the effects (I saw that the injectable version is also being produced, if I'm not mistaken, scheduled for next week).

500mcg as soon as you wake up, pre-workout, weights on an empty stomach
500mcg before lunch
500mcg in the evening before dinner when you walk for 45/60 minutes

I also was looking into higher dosages and came across an interview with Mike White (Coach and has a PhD in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology), where he discusses running higher dosages, he's planning to take SLU up to 500mg himself and uses similarly high doses with his clients. Might be worth checking out.

I ran 80 mg a day for 4 months , i noticed increased rhr, sweated more, cardio was easier as far as capacity, it didnt effect my bloodwork in a negative way , not really sure what to look for but my panels were consistent , i was in a calorie defecit but cardio output was a breeze , but im a highly motivated person,, kinda not so much lately haha , but thats my Slupp Story , i really think it was , meh

I get massive RHR increases from AAS, HGH, GLP-1s, and 20mg/d of slu didn't make mine budge. No increase in body temp or perspiration. No noticeable impact to performance or anything else.

i really think its so different from person to person, some swear they are feeling 1-2-3 mg doses , then the mega doses not so much, idk but i was not impressed @80 mg per day
