Hello, Im relatively new to the forum but not new to shopping around from these sources.
I placed a smaller order for trial about 2 weeks ago. I got the confirmation right away, got my order sent out next day and the communication was superb.
Now what really surprised me and still don’t understand why but after receiving just 1 vial of sust instead of 3 I contacted Primal addressing the issue. No reply. This was about a week ago, then a follow up email on Sept 2nd, 3rd and 6th. Basically I just asked him to check my order because I might have made a mistake or something could go wrong that’s not even his fault. There was 0 answers. Basically after I had issue with my order he completely ghosted me. I can see he could post here yesterday and Im still being ignored. Primal what’s going on? 3 emails couldn’t find you and the 3rd with different subject? It’s a small amount of $ so I don’t get it.

You’re thinking in the right direction. Cutting a high-concentration oil with something like filtered EO (or even plain sterile carrier oil) will reduce the overall solvent concentration and usually calm down that bite. If you go the EO route, just make sure it’s legit sterile and filtered. Warming it up and mixing well is totally fine. Even without EO, some guys just add in GSO or MCT and it does the same job.

At the end of the day, it’s less about “fixing the brew” and more about helping your body tolerate it better. High mg gear is always gonna have a little edge to it, but dilution definitely smooths it out.

Hey brother, appreciate you bringing this up. We actually just switched over from Proton to Tuta for email, and it looks like that’s where the disconnect happened. Ah ok it makes sense because it was very out of character and I thought it didn’t make any sense. Thank you I send the email to you new address.

Just a shot in the dark but would you guys consider selling some 10ml vials of carrier oils as well? I’ve been eye balling that 500 Sustanon but knowing my soft ass virgin muscles I’ll need to dilute it regardless.
 
I just would like to give an update about my case that has been sorted in the speed of light. I got reply and everything got sorted plus it turned out it was my fault. (Even it was my mistake he offered compensation which is extremely generous)
