Friend, you couldn't explain the purported mechanism of the blood brain barrier in this context, or any context, if your life depended on it. I'm reviewing what purported evidence exists, though it is scant, and it would appear this hypothesis is relatively recent.

You have a particular belief based on what others have told you. You are no different than a Christian who believes Jesus was some sort of god.

So let's chill.
As usual when you attempt to defend whatever ridiculous belief you've picked up for no reason, you don't actually make any sort of actual argument: You just continue to just state things like doing so in and of itself makes you correct.

Again, your big brilliant argument here was that because the BBB is primarily made of a thing, it must be possible for that thing to move through it. How does this take into account that cholesterol is transported through the blood on lipoproteins? What about the parts of the BBB that aren't cholesterol? Why would it matter even if the BBB was 100% cholesterol?

And no, it is not a relatively recent theory. We've known since the 60s and 70s it wasn't possible. Davson's work in the 60s showed that the BBB required that things passing through needed to be lipid-soluble. Oldendorf's work in the 70s effectively proved that the more lipid-soluble something is, the more easily it could enter the brain, and anything else required specific transport mechanisms to cross. We have never found any evidence of those existing for cholesterol, and the lipoproteins cholesterol is carried in are both water soluble and large. Couple that with isotope studies from the 40s showing evidence of de novo synthesis, and this has effectively been known for more than half a century now.

Does anyone know if this mainly an issue with ordering form India/forwarding through UAE. Is this an issue with European sources or Chinese?

Same boat, UAE and IndiaPost sent on 27th.
India post arrived last week (rather fast).

UAE just hit Queens yesterday, so based on previous orders, i should get later this week.

Have a packet from previously reliable IM vendor that left India via some service I never heard of "shiprocket' on 8/21 and no update since. Prior packs arrived quickly via EMS.

Contacted shiprocket and they are zero help because I'm the receiver, not the sender and they refuse to intervene on my behalf - don't let anyone send you anything via this terrible service.

Seller has offered me a reship by another carrier for 50% off so going to wait a few more days, then potentially throw more good money after bad. Best case scenario is I ultimately get both parcels with one majorly delayed, the other reshipped at 50% off.

Packs that left Dubai on the 28th, arrived at USPS Regional Facility in Jamaica New York earlier this morning. They cleared customs shortly after.

I had one India pack get delivered and one they got seizured through jfk back on August 28th my two uae packs from the same order are currently moving hopefully no hiccups so just gotta wait until we can do a reship on the one confiscated pack

Batch number is: KTC294

I've only got a fraction of what I ordered so far, and despite ordering a ton, that test is still about as much as I spent on them. Would that only cover one tab? I guess if everything is from the same batch it wouldn't matter as much, but I'd still like to test multiples for the purpose of seeing variance

Mines the same batch lmao.
1200 tabs will last me 2400 days.
How do you plan to store it?

Since they're sealed in aluminum blister packs, oxygen and moisture aren't a concern. I'm not sure about temp, cooler is obviously better, just uncertain if fridge or freezer could cause issues. I'm going to be looking into extended storage for tablets so I can deal with all the Anadrol, Anavar and Winstrol I have built up, so we'll see what my research turns up.

FYI, based on accelerated degradation stability studies, assuming alu/alu packaging, refrigeration extends Cilnidipine tablet shelf life significantly.

It's already a very robust compound, mostly susceptible to high UV exposure and alkaline (liquid) conditions.

TLDR: At 30c (86f) storage, no degradation is expected, conservatively, for at least 3 years. At refridgeration temps of 2c (35f) time to 10% loss of potency is estimated to take approx 15-40 years, depending on the specific tablet formulation.
