I haven't reached out since I purchased from him months ago. I believe they should hold a vaccum regardless with proper storage. I'm counting it as a loss and moving on to other sources for now.

It's a shame. Every peptide supplier has seemingly had this issue at one time, fixed it, and didn't have it happen again.

This was brought up here months ago when a customer asked what to do with his rHGH vial lacking vacuum, and after suggesting filtering it to remove the potential bacterial contamination and aggregates that oxygen exposure can cause, an army of shills. one in particular, started a war insisting that a) it wasn't happening and b) if it did happen, oxygen exposure didn't matter (complete bullshit).

Lobster might have fixed this issue once and for all had it not been for the encouragement of the ass kissers reflexively defending their preferred (cheapest at the time) vendor, instead of acknowledging lack of vacuum was an issue, taking care of the customer, fixing the process, and moving on.

So here we are again. Another in the long line of customers finding they have vials without vacuum.

Only this time, unlike the previous customers who were bullied into silence, a replacement is offered without hesitation.

Why replace it if lack of vacuum isn't a quality problem? Because it is. It always has been. But the shills have largely moved on to the new low price leader, and so finally it's being taken seriously, 6 months too late.

Just a note the triz I got and am currently using is quite potent. However, so far none of the 4 first vials at least have had a vacuum. I know some people are more critical of this than others and obviously they should have a vacuum. Guess after doing this for so long and coming from the era before Chinese vendors started regularly using vacuum seals and almost everything was not vacuum I am on the disappointed, but that's life when using Chinese UGL crowd.

That all being said, whoever the vendor is that is selling Lob the products without the vacuum should be "asked" to make damn sure the next batches are good to go with the vacuum. Just my opinion and I do fully understand those that think on the opposite side.

Look here motherfucker. You suggested we do NMR testing. It sparked a whole debate and a thread that was designated and to advanced testing. A thread was created and you can't even afford to donate 50 dollars to support your biggest argument, shit man. I could even be wrong.

We offered to do some more testing to see the structure of it to see if it was damaged for lack of vacuum or even see if bacteria could be involved.

When, it comes down to money, donating , or even basic testing. Your broke ass went silent.

So to confirm, did your HGH kits have a vacuum, and if so, what IU kits did you order? 110IU or 310IU?

Out of interest, when did you place your order? Was it before or after the "vacuum issue" was resolved (i think around June time...)?

@TheLobster as far as you are aware, are all stocked items and those produced after the "vacuum issues" was resolved all have a vacuum in the vial - or is it known that some product lines are without vacuum?

The customer most likely received an old batch.(if he contact i will ship him new batch). In all the new batches, without exception, every vial is vacuum-sealed. IN EVERY PRODUCT I HOPE ITS CLEAR ENOUGH.

So I spoke with Lobster today and he came up with a more than fair resolution. I didnt post here looking for a solution, but to tell my experience. Lobster said there's some issues with U.S. shipping. I will definitely give a final update once everything is resolved in the next few weeks.

Customers tracking numbers will change, and the new tracking numbers will be shared. This postal service suspension is temporary, and the reopening date is currently unknown. However, I do not expect it to last very long. Once the customs related issues are resolved, it will reopen.

Fedex shipments are continuing as usual. Shipments to the USA are being processed normally. The minimum order amount for Fedex is $500. Delivery time to the USA is 2–3 business days after dispatch
