Yeah, on the mend now. Hernia repair -> small bowel obstruction -> a nice 6 day vacation with a nasogastric tube down my throat and all the IV dilaudid I could eat. I get to try "soft" food tonight, so I'm irrationally excited for meatloaf and creamed spinach. Missed you guys, though the dilaudid was a close second.

Also, this thread is completely out of control and I am continually apologetic for my part in making it so. But you can't complain about the fun level.

Glad you made it out (RIP redpillbruh). Dilaudid is fun. Not worth the bowel obstruction though. That's brutal. Did the repair somehow cause the obstruction?

I have a big writeup that I'm working on sharing, primarily with information about my experience that might be helpful to others who find themselves in the same spot someday. I'll start my own thread for it soon.

Edit: And yes, I seem to be a-ok. Thank you for asking. Doctor told me he looked at the echo himself and remeasured it and didn't agree with what was written in the report.

I do have a second opinion scheduled next week, I'm trying to convince someone to order an MRI. If I can't get a doctor to do it, I'll just go get a full body mri on my own.

lol I got a pic on my profile bro as far as me weighing 270 and not looking like Samson or nick walker idk the gain of actually muscle tissue to body weight is different they walk around at like 10-12 year round I'm probably at 15-18% regarding muscle tissue and if I cut down I'd probably be 245-250..
