What's up everyone. Long time lurker, finally created an account. Been training about 25 years, have experience and knowledge with majority of compounds. Past 10 years I have been training bjj and backed off lifting due to holding to much weight and hindering my cardio. I love what I see with this community and hope I can add positive input. current stats, 46 years old, 6'2 225, stay fairly lean year round. I stay pretty modest with my usage now as I'm looking more for longevity and staying healthy.
