What's up everyone. Long time lurker, finally created an account. Been training about 25 years, have experience and knowledge with majority of compounds. Past 10 years I have been training bjj and backed off lifting due to holding to much weight and hindering my cardio. I love what I see with this community and hope I can add positive input. current stats, 46 years old, 6'2 225, stay fairly lean year round. I stay pretty modest with my usage now as I'm looking more for longevity and staying healthy.

Appreciate it pal. Yea I like what I see in here, some very knowledgeable people, and less bs like on some of these other boards. I also like how you guys push the sources to higher standards and question their practice hard.

You’ll do well here. Most of us middle aged guys don’t run into too much b.s. A little good humored ball busting and a good group of regulars. Good luck and See you around the threads
