How can it be fully encrypted to any mailbox non-Proton? Proton uses TLS opportunistically, meaning it will fall back to unencrypted if the destination mail server doesn't support it. Only way to force it is to use the password option.

Skipped the harm reduction and went for the extra harm TRA 200 and mast p 200. Hoping diluting with some of the restocked test c 250 takes the bite out. I'm wanting to drop a little volume overall so we'll see if it will work for me.
