I don’t know, but personally I always match platforms. So I’ll use my tuta account with primal from now on. It’s probably just my OCD…. Good news is Tutanota is not new. It is tried and true.

If you email a tuta from a Proton Mail it does not have e2e encryption and vice versa. Just a note

The nerds say Tuta is better because they also encrypt subject line, and Proton hasn't updated their encryption in several years. Also something about Proton collecting usage stats and selling to Big Data.

I personally don't think it matters, I just like tuta's interface better. And it's cheaper to go premium.
