I’ve been wanting to try their stuff. What sauces do you recommend?

What benefits do you get from it? Just now started researching Reta. What do you think makes it so great for you?
Its activity at GLP-1 is only about 5% that of Sema, so you can still bulk if you want to, but if you're cutting still gives you an edge. And it doesn't slow your guts down so much that you get constipated. Its GIP and GCG receptor activity (and GLP to an small extent) normalizes your insulin and glucagon output, improving glucose uptake, enhancing the effectiveness of what little insulin you do make, increases lipid clearance, and puts you in a constant simultaneous state of gluconeogenesis and ketosis (regardless of your carb intake). Which means, as long as you're eating enough protein, your body will make all the glucose and ketones it needs for fuel.

My total triglycerides and LDL have gone down to less than half what they were before I started, while my HDL has increased (I was below threshold for months before that, despite a clean diet and supplementing). My BG is now always in a very narrow window of 70-85, seemingly no matter what I eat. And I'm losing fat 24/7, I've never been leaner in my life. My BP rarely goes above 120/80 now (maybe if I'm angry, but I don't stop what I'm doing to check in those moments). My average RHR did increase about 10-12 bpm the first few months of taking it but appears to be dropping slowly.

Iv experienced pretty similar stuff. Slightly higher rhr. In 3 months of use Triglycerides dropped from 166 to 63, LDL from 99 to 47, hdl only slight improvement in mid 30s - but Iv never seen my hdl above 40. Big enough reta fan to have stocked up about a 2 year supply.

What are you running the Reta at per week?

Flavor don is great for marinating and mixing with the other sauces, sweet papi is the OG of the bunch great flavor mustard base but no mustard taste at all, sweet and nutty is amazing, and smokin poppie take out is good too gives a Chinese flavor
