Ruptured tendon healing protocol

Thanks for sharing this

I'm shopping around for some BPC157 and TB4 to try and clear up some chronic shoulder/bicep tendonitis. Saw a few different frags listed on vendor sheets.

Look for Jano reports.
Almost all out there are TB4, but they label as TB500.
This is TB4.

This is TB500.

For a long while the only ones that had actual TB500 was GA. Even QSC only had TB4 labeled as TB500.

I believe actual TB500 has longer 1/2 life, TB4 shorter and needs daily injections.

SSA recently added TB500 Frag 17-23 to their price list, but no Jano results on it.
I got the frag I have from Lobster.

You take 73 supplements every day? How is this even possible? Are you measuring out powder and putting this stuff in a blender and drinking it down (glutathione excluded).

They're mostly all pills, about 110 a day, split up into 5 administrations.

Also, a lot of these are stacks that contain multiple ingredients that I listed individually. So it's not 73 different supplements, some have many ingredients in one supplement

Year ago, there was an amazing supplement store called powder city. They just sold actual power. It got shut down by the feds. But I got a ton of different supplements cheap. Not as many as you are using, but still a significant number. Every morning after going to the gym, I'd measure out probably 30 supplements, put it in my NutriBullet along with fresh squeezed orange juice, a half dozen egg yolks and chia seeds. Those were the days.

Thats pretty cool. Buying in bulk is always great, and powder makes it even cheaper and somewhat easier to deal with once you get the dosing right. I love when powders come with premeasured scoops so I don't have to weigh everything.
Fuck that's a lot.
Yeah, it's definitely a high dose. I won't be keeping that up for more than another month before I at least halve it, and then probably halve it again in another month. I'll eventually take a break from many of the peptides, save for a few that seem to do well with constant use.

This Wednesday I was clearing some brush around my property with a machete, and once particular back handed swing that I put a lot of force into was abruptly stopped by a limb too thick for me to get through in one swing. When it did, my right bicep rolled down my arm considerably, looking much like the deformity Larry Wheels' arm has. I don't recall feeling or hearing a pop, but it easily could have done so and I didn't register it. Also felt zero pain. I haven't flexed my bicep since the injury, but the deformity isn't apparent any longer, perhaps due to the swelling. Pain is almost non existent still, unless I push on my outer bicep. It does feel tight after leaving it in one position for a while, but that resolves once I entend my arm fully. Pushing on the shoulder area isn't painful. Swelling is moderate, and I don't see apparent bruising, but then again my skin is melanotan 2 darkened, so a bit difficult to see. My bicep definitely appears to be quite flaccid, and rolling my hand from pronation to supination doesn't illicit much if any movement of the bicep. I was unable to complete an mri scan due to being a big baby (claustrophobia), and sedated MRI's are booked out until March. After some research on this particular type of injury, and the variables introduced by severity, including a full avulsion, I'm almost entirely settled on a non surgical approach. I've done some searching here and came up with what I believe to be a decent peptide protocol to help with my recent tendon rupture. The peptides I plan to use are;

BPC-157, 1.5mg 3x/day (4.5mg/day total)
Oral BPC-157 500mcg 2x/day
TB4 (TB-500 full sequence) 1mg 3x/day (3mg/day total)
TB-500 fragment 17-23 2mg EOD
rHGH 12iu/day bedtime, subq (this is what I was already taking dosage-wise)
GHK-CU I don't have a dose decided upon yet, seen widely varying doses
KPV injectable Unknown dose

Test Enanthate 250mg/week (dropped down from 750mg/week)
Anavar 50mg/day
NPP 100mg/week to help a little with pain as I start very light training with that arm. Obviously this will be assessed based on pain.

Other peptides I'm taking that are probably not efficacious in treating the injury, but I'll include them in case anyone has insight on them, if I should discontinue any of them for any reason, etc..

Selank 1mg/day
Retatrutide 1.5mg 2x/week
SS-31 5mg/day
MOTS-C 2mg/day
Oral SLU-PP-332 1000mcg 3x/day

My diet will be at or a couple hundred calories above maintainance, was planning on Cals being 45% protein, 35% carbs, 20% fats.

Any additional peptide or other compounds or natural supplements I should consider?

Any guidance or advice with dosing of anything above is welcomed, especially with ghk-cu and KPV, as I don't know where to start with those.

Any advice in general would be appreciated, especially from those that have gone through this particular injury. I'm hoping to be able to do some non bicep-loading upper body work pretty quickly (e.g. Lateral raises with the machine that has a pad that goes against your upper arm near the elbow) but don't want to screw up the healing, so I'd love some guidance from those with more education and/or experience than me.
Can you guys get BPC and TB injectables via a doctor and compounding pharmacy - so it's 100% legit - if you live in the USA?
I'm in England but can I visit the USA and get a doctor prescribe this during a 2 week visit?
My concern is that UGL products don't contain what they say, and harmful impurities

thats why people send there peptides for testing through jano, and im pretty sure prescription is not transferable from USA to Europe or visa versa

It would cost you two arms two legs and a liver and you'd end up with a low dose product.

Doctors can no longer prescribe peptides like BPC or TB in the US. You can still get it from some compounding pharmacies, but only from stock they had near the end of 2024 (and those compounders were getting it from the same sources we and UGLs use, anyway). If they didn't have stock then, they can no longer compound it for you, legally. It is only available for legal purchase in the US as a research chemical.

Thanks bro, why did the government clamp down on this?

"Safety concerns". Big Pharma submitted a bunch of peptides for FDA approval in bulk in 2023, knowing full well there wasn't enough "properly documented" safety data for approval, despite decades of use for some of them. Corpos use the bureaucrats against the people like a weapon all the time here. And because of our lobbying-based legislative system, gov reps have learned to despise when the wrong people are making money.

Our government hates us almost as much as yours does.

Thanks for the explanation bro

no im using tb500 the synthetic one with a cas number on the pricelist.

thats the one you want to be using for healing injuries. tb4 is for beauty regimen
well they do list all forms of tb4/500 as beauty support, but i think i understand what form you are using. Its awesome with bpc157 and at least your doing "decent" doses , this combo shines above 3 mg per day, ive went as high as 6 mg per day and the results were impressive for post op recovery
