Might have accidentally frozen hgh

My fridge temperature was about -1 degree celsius for about one hour and my hgh was also exposed to 0-1,5 degree celsius for about half an hour. Is my hgh still fine (not reconstituted)? I appreciate any helpful answers

-1c would freeze pure water.

The water in the rHGH isn't pure and wouldn't freeze until a lower temp.

1-2% residual water typical in lyophilized proteins, in a base of mannitol, will freeze somewhere between -10c and -20c

The answers are only mixed here. There's ample evidence that freeze / thaw cycles of lyophilized peptides cause some degree of damage and should be kept to a minimum.

The main risk with household freezers is if the freeze point sits in the middle of the temp swing range of the freezer, and it repeatedly freezes and thaws.

A single freeze thaw cycle is not a big deal.

I took more damage sitting in a box at the top of a shipping container in China that reached 150f before you got it,

Also another important thing to add: My hgh with the temperature of around 0-2 degree celsius was a 5+ times exposed to my room temperature (25 degree celsius). How significant is this impact in terms of quick temperature change in your opinion?

No impact going from refridgerator to room temp. Only phase change of the residual moisture from frozen to liquid and back matters.
