Skin Thread Over 40

I've been getting botox injections every 3 months for 10 years. People don't do this anymore to prevent wrinkles?

Can't say what others are doing but for me personally, I probably wouldn't do it just because it's something you have to KEEP doing to maintain the effect. One could say the same thing about AAS but that's a trade off I've accepted (and something I can do at home without professional intervention).

My wrinkles are pretty lowkey for my age, I'm not there yet where I'm considering more drastic measures.

i have been to salons for "botox" , but they are so expensive, i now diy myself with botox , not only can i use more units(necessary volume of units) i feel like with the increase amount of units per session will help better, i paid for 40 units that did absolutely nothing imo at a salon, my last diy treatment i used 50 units and saw a significant improvement, i feel like these salons/spas over dilute the tox mixture to account for the "sales price" etc,,

I have considered doing this as well. They make it look like an "art" with so many different injection points. I only get it done on my forehead and eyes.

Do you just do a few injections and that works well enough?

no i do like 15+ injection points , my 11's get 6 injections, and forehead gets @11-12 , so i do 4 units per in 11's and then 2 units per in the forehead,
How do you see how many units you are injecting though? I need reading glasses, so may be hard for me.

Man I need to find a slutty nurse girlfriend

me too , on the "slutty nurse" , i just measure out the dose on each syringe, so i just have a bunch of pre loads and just , make my injections right in order from top of forehead down, crows feet are last because mine aren't real bad, i did a 40 unit touch up a few minutes ago, my 11's are bad, ima start "threading" too, this hgh face is getting saggggy, lol thats what sucks about being lean say sub 10% bf , " your face looks worse for wear" ymmv

I probably shouldn't have made the slutty nurse joke. A while back I asked about nurse services for IV injections/drips and everyone said I just wanted a prostitute.

But now the more I think about it, an actual registered nurse would be fantastic.

I've actually tried to lock them down, but my mother lives with me and has increasingly severe dementia/Alzheimer's. Even though I have 3 empty bedrooms in a large house in a nice neighborhood, they all run fast from the dementia care and my drug use.

Oh well.

That's a lot of shit to deal with

There's that whole unconditional love thing

Maybe not "love" at first, but when you find her you'll know

Collagen helps, but you might get maybe 10-20% skin boost, versus 100% from tazarotene cream.

Tazarotene cream is the GOLD STANDARD for anti-aging, nothing is more potent for boosting skin collagen/reversing and preventing lines/wrinkles.

I'm not a fan of systemic retinoic acid receptor activation in the body (its in the brain; hence mood side effects, and other organs/tissues).

Prefer to strongly activate those receptors in the skin where you want it via tazarotene which only really hits two receptors ; Retinoic acid receptor GAMMA and BETA whereas tretinoin (the old school cream) and accutane AKA isotretinoin activate ALL SIX receptors ; more side effects and downstream effects.

HGH+Tazarotene+oral collagen and avoiding excess sun exposure is the master recipe for anti-aging.

I think u suggested this before to me on another forum… unfortunately ive yet to find the unicorn cream thru any vendor?

I've been cycling the KLOW at higher mg and been pretty happy. Wrinkles have filled in quite a bit and definitely improved my skin. I dose based off the ghk-cu. 5mg/day split twice a day. 12 weeks on twice a year. It also healed my golfers elbow and shoulder bursitis.
I have a bit in my stash, and the published research seems like there may actually be something to it, I just haven't pulled the trigger on starting. But I have heard many anecdotes of success with GLOW/KLOW, topically and subcutaneously. Some of them here on Meso.

My wife and I took before and after pictures and there was a noticeable difference in wrinkles and overall skin appearance.
