And let us not forget that people were dying from all kinds of things, from car accidents to cancer. If they had Covid in their system, it was marked as a Covid death. Could it be they wanted to inflate the numbers to generate mass hysteria to then push a vaccine? One can only speculate.

One theory is that Covid spread prevention practices were more effective at curbing flu than they were at curbing covid.
i really hope everybody can agree on why contagious disease rates were low in 2020 or I’m going to have a massive bloody mess of a forehead and a need for a drywall patch.

Thank god. Lots of transmissible diseases were remarkably decreased in 2020. I’ll bet that STD rates were down, too. Also bar fights and workplace shootings and arrests at concerts. It was truly a time of peace and prosperity.

They obviously needed to close. It was for the sake of all of us. Because we were all in it together and that’s part of the new normal.
I don't know about car accidents (I for one, doubt a patient that died at the scene of an accident was tested for covid) but okay how do you expect a hospital to report a cancer patient dying 1-2 years earlier than their forecasted survival due to getting a covid infection? I mean we can all say cancer killed someone, but there is a particular way cancer will cause death. Cancer made people very vulnerable to covid which caused respiratory distress that they eventually succumbed to. Without COVID, they probably had 2-3 years before dying of pneumonia or some kinds sepsis or something else. So did they die or Covid or did they die of "cancer"?

I think it was the overconsumption of seed oils that killed them because the only restaurants that were open was McDonald’s and that’s the biggest tragedy

It was a motorcyclist in Florida. He died after an accident but was initially listed as having died of Covid. He was later removed from the Covid death tally.

The thing that always piqued my conspiracy senses is this....REGARDLESS whether Ivermectin worked for 'rona or not, it's generally as safe as taking Tylenol. So what were they preventing with this all out assault on alternative treatments for something with such a low mortality rate? The only answer is lose vaccine revenue. Whether Ivermectin worked or not, they didn't want anyone doing anything that resulted in them not feeling the need for the jab...
*FWIW, I lost my wife to Covid so I'm not diminishing it.

That’s a valid theory. The patent on it is long expired so there’s way less money to be made on it than the billions that were made off the jab.

I think you can interpret that charitably or not and both probably have some merit. Patients taking ineffective (not your) medicine are less likely to also take the effective (your) stuff. They weren’t trying to save people from Ivermectin. They were trying to drive up herd immunity (revenue) by encouraging acceptance of the vaccine in lieu of horse paste or crystals or vitamin C or whatever.
There was clearly some manipulation of the public going on to achieve that. There always is. Take any media training class. You never just answer a question with a factual answer; you use it as a jumping off point to push your agenda. Was it benevolent or motivated by less altruistic goals? Given the number of people and interests involved, surely a bit of both.
I don’t see any more of a conspiracy than we have every day, and have had in every administration, of every stripe, in every crisis, since forever. If you were in power, would *you* trust the American public to make rational decisions together when just given the plain facts?
Holy shit, man. I am so sorry. I lost some friends and distant family but I was spared that kind of heartbreak.
