Injectable volume logistics questions - basic knowledge I wish I had learned in Kindergarten

Title foreshadows my questions:

1.) Multiple large volume injections: how do you all handle picking sites, not causing excessive scar tissue etc.?

My question pertains moreso to compounds like Glutathione, Cerebrolysin, Cortrexin, Vitamin B complex etc.

I know you can generally inject up to 5 ml IM in a particular spot. Some of these compounds call for 10+ mls daily for a run of 1-2 weeks.

2.) Locations: glutes are the only place I have been comfortable injecting this kind of volume.
- i realize quads are a common location but they hurt (I'm sure if I push through the muscle would adapt but I still fucking hate it for anything beyond 1-2 ml).

3.) Those of you who run these compounds, do you have any issues with injecting large volume daily? Do you stick with 5 ml/site or push it up to 10? (I realize there is no "one size fits all" answer to this question).

4.) Paracetamol injectable: it has been brought to my attention the rest of the developed world outside of the USA routinely uses injectable Paracetamol (aka. acetaminophen, Tylenol). My mind was blown.
- these sound like they are IV infusions.
- does anyone have any experience with IM or SQ administration? (Like...is it even an option for these formulations?)
Analgesia is my goal...not getting stoned. It seems like acetaminophen would be fucking sweet for this if it did not have to go IV.

Sorry for the mish mash of questions. I realize this thread is more likely than not to be ignored due to its poor focus but I don't know how to ask just one question...lol.

Kudos if anyone has any insight into any of the questions above (and I'm ok with..."you're a pussy...inject in the quads....".....but then stick with 5 ml at each site? Repeat again the next day??)

Other than the general recommendations for max volumes per site -- I think injection volumes comes down to personal preference/experimentation.

Personally, I've never pushed more than 5ml of water based solution into a single site. I'm not sure I ever would. I'm guessing you're asking about 10+ mls daily because of cerebrolysin/cortexin. Personally, I'd split those into multiple 5ml sites. I wouldn't go over 5ml for bigger muscles (VL, VG, DG, etc), and 3 ml for mid size muscles (delts, pecs, lats, etc). That's how I would go about it. Someone with different muscles sizes might prefer otherwise.

Water based solutions push through small pins fairly easily -- with the exception of high concentration carnitine and glutathione. I would use something like a 1" 30g pin for cerebrolysin, cortexin, B's, etc. That'll help minimize scar tissue. A steady hand helps too.

What is it about quad pins that don't work for you? is it the pin or the compound maybe causing PIP? Eliminating quads as an option would make things annoying for your high volumes protocol. You'd probably have to hit the same sites pretty frequently. If you haven't tried a water based compound like cerebrolysin in the quads, it might be worth a try. That stuff is pretty much water and doesn't feel like anything pushing in.

Holy shit, I gotta reply!!! Lol

Your advice makes sense.

I have only ever tried QSC oils (Primo) back when I was a newbie at this and it hurt like a bitch for days. I'm sure it was due to the compound and the fact it was oil based.

Your water based advice makes perfect sense. I appreciate the specific needle recommendations as well....and you have reminded me that most that inject these report how smoothly they go in.

I am armed with newfound confidence. I'm closer to becoming Vigorous Steve...one day at a time (j/k I swear....).

Mostly desperate to try and address idiopathic hypersomnia (being tired all the fucking time for no reason...) but my neurologist and sleep doc have informally decided is post-concussion syndrome from my football playing days...and their treatment suggestion: "there's nothing we can do about it!"

Well fuck, I'm gonna keep trying shit because I don't believe them... I got work and a life to live.... LMFAO!

Thank you sincerely for the insight!
