"best" 3-day "Powerbuilding" routine?

Hey guys,

I am coming from a Bodybuilding background and wanted to lift some heavy-ass weights and become a monster like - e.g. Joshua Baker or Julius Maddox - so inhumanly strong and ridiculously big.

Sadly I got no idea on how to start my journey - as I never ever really looked into Powerlifting / Powerbuilding plans - is there anything that is "superior" or works for a very long time?
 
Eating a lot more will be a big part of the equation. Start looking into the diet aspect of it.

Thank you - I know I gotta "eat to fuel those workouts" hehe - but I also need to know which workouts I should start with.

There are so many "methods" lol - Conjugate, Cube, Texas, GZCLP, 5/3/1 BTM, 5/3/1 BBB, nSuns 5/3/1 - I am getting crazy :D

:D You're right.. like in Bodybuilding... hm...

so I gotta read all of them and maybe even try some.. :D

Thought about something like one of the big three as focus on each day, then some basic low reps after that and 1 or 2 assistance exercises - if that even is enough...

so like

Monday:
Squat 5 x 3
Bench 3 x 10
Pulldown and / or row 3 x 10

but I've got no idea if this even is sufficient to grow big and strong :D ... the pros all do so specific "fancy" things created for them one can't copy em anyway
