HGH Taken Post Workout with Sugar?

I was listening to the new Trensparent podcast episode where Vigorous Steve made a mention of taking HGH postworkout with sugars as being beneficial to msucle growth. Does anyone here have any experience with this, or can point me to any literature that supports this? He said it was in some study but I haven't been able to find it. I'll be taking 6iu during my growth phase and would probably split that into post-workout and bedtime doses if this turns out to be true. Currently I am taking 3iu right before bed.
 
I heard the same part. I don't remember how it was framed but I do remember Nyle talking about insulin and gh sort of opposing each other in their action, and he was sort of asking Steve how insulin + gh is synergistic, or something to that effect (sugars are just creating an insulin response). Steve made a brief comment about timing in terms of exogenous insulin and gh but they didn't go into any detail and just sort of moved on.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately and I don't think I've ever heard a straight answer --> if gh liberates free fatty acids for use as energy substrate, and insulin is a nutrient shuttling hormone that moves stuff into cells, shouldn't the two be kept well away from each other in terms of timing? And how is then combining the two synergistic?
 
Having done it all with GH timing.
Fasted. Pre. Post workout, before bed.
2X a day.

Never noticed anything muscle wise except with pre workout. My pumps were less dense/full oddly enough.
And before bed I sleep like shit.

I have done it all myself. There is a few things I noticed though. When I get above 6iu before bed it kind of makes me stay awake. Anything under I sleep well. I also notice (once I got over the lethargy phase) using like 3iu am makes me feel way more calm and clear. Is this from blunting cortisol? Important to note I grow the most with a large dose before bed. Feel the best 4iu am 4iu pm. This is on any gh, currently using sero. Brands seems to only change how much water retention I have.

I also notice a calm frame of mind from am shots and feel best on an early am shot.

Important to note I grow the most with a large dose before bed.
I can’t tell if I grew the most split dose or one bolus pm, but having a bigger night dose did make me grow more at the expense of crappier sleep.

Crazy how the more I read so many ppl are different. I know high stress and cortisol bad for my mind and body. If anyone can relate high stress literally pisses away my muscle and mental health, I’m going to keep it split and really watch my morning glucose levels. If my fasting glucose stays low I may keep a morning shot of gh in for a long time. Specifically for the mental health. Which for me equals a much more anabolic state. This week I’m trying 2iu 430am. 2iu 830pm. Most influencers I follow like the large shot at night. Palumbo however has said he likes it in the morning specifically for the anti catabolic effects. Idk we will see lol. Most of them guys like long esters too, I like prop much better esp at Trt and cruise numbers.

Why at 0430 am and not later?

Why not skip the PM dose and only dose in the AM? This way you would keep your natural pulse at night, right?
 
funny, my experience is the opposite, better pumps and fullness.
I’ll have to try it again and see. Maybe it was the dose or something, I never take more than 2iu at a time

The pumps at the time just felt more watery versus hard if that makes any sort of sense

Because that’s when I get up for work only reason. On weekends it’s just upon waking. And I may try the full dose in the morning. I just figured my body wouldn’t pulse that much natural anything anymore due to the bodybuilding shit I have over did for so many years lol
