Hi, I remember reading a book in the 90's when I was newish to lifting, this big guy at the gym gave it to me to read. It was written by a bodybuilder (USA) and his journey from starting out lifting to his steroid use and the effects it had on him and other lifters. Anyone know of such a book as want to read it again.

The part when he described a guy bent over with his pants down in the locker room of the gym crying because he didn't want to take another injection had me ROFL!
We are fucking old. Oh well.

That book is hilarious. The part where he went on date and her pecs were harder than his. One might say he just made that up; but it happened to me one time. Then all I could think of was that passage.

so funny. The 80’s ifbb Weider guys all claimed natural for the most part. Listening to any top bodybuilder would be like listening to what some stripper tells you in a strip club. Listening to a hooker basically. Yes they tell the truth lol . Sorry to sound like a hater but the endless lies I have heard over the last 50 years is laughable. No different today !!!
