Are there any other supplements besides creatine that arent a waste of money?

none when you're on gear
I strongly disagree, assuming you value your health.
My HDL has never been great, but I started to take 8-10g of Omega3 during a blast and my HDL was decent 8 weeks after the blast. Better than longer after the blast before.

Then there are so many supps you can take to increase performance like all the ingredients of an intra shake. I could never workout for 2h, after 1.5h rehab/prehab/cardio without my DIY Intra-shake without going hypo.

Then there is something like a multi-vitamin, which I think is always a good idea. And supps to help with digestion and gut health, which I certainly need to keep my digestion going at up to 800g carbs a day.

Then there is Melatonin for sleep (you could call that a drug, but it is OTC), GABA, which effectively help with recovery, if you sleep noticeably worse without them.

And is just a fraction of the supps I usually take. Are some of them likely superflous? Very likely - but I can tell how much better I feel and perform if I have dialed in all my supplements well.

On the other hand, I could take orals like skittles and my GGT would still probably in the teens - could I eat on orals...
So I never even looked into taking (T)UDCA.

My HDL is high and resistant to orals (weird)

Plus you failed to mention the dose

Big diff between UDCA @ 250 mg/d and the pharmacological dose @ 1500 mg/d

I run it year-round @ 250 mg/d and don't typically take orals; just for general liver health
I do the same 250mg once daily, never had any changes for the worse on lipids, rather the opposite. Run up to 750mg a day, no changes either on lipids

IMPORTANT: Do not exceed 8 weeks of TUDCA/UDCA use, as it can increase negative cholesterol values and decrease HDL. It is recommended to use these bile salts only during a cycle of oral C17aa anabolic steroids, or for the purpose of liver repair following periods of significant hepatotoxicity from the use of these compounds. Other compounds should be sought after for general year-round liver support. According to this studyhttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8674405/ (taken from Examine), TUDCA has been shown to decrease HDL levels when taken for extended periods of time. In normal people, this really isn't a big deal. In people who are constantly using steroids, like blasting and cruising (B\&C), it can become counter-intuitive to run TUDCA for no reason due to decreased HDL levels. For example, on a cruise one wants to let their body recover, and ideally see good bloodwork before blasting again. One key reading on the bloodwork is the HDL, as HDL is one marker that almost always drops significantly while taking exogenous steroids in large dosages. Also, according to the FDA as listed in UDCA's medication safety profile (two sources below), UDCA should not be taken without direct indication to do so, i.e. gallstones or primary biliary cirrhosis. The pros of taking TUDCA and UDCA while not on oral steroids or having one of the aforementioned indications do not outweigh the cons. TUDCA should not be used for year round general liver support, as there are other options (discussed below) which do not have these negative drawbacks, thus making the choice clear.

For allyear around liver support, NAC, Liv.52 Milk Thistle and Cholin+Inositol.
(The order represents their effeciancy in my opinion)

I run UDCA year round at 500mg with NAC.
I bought them from Q before they vanished.
I'm not exactly sure if it affects HDL tho.

I'm planning to drop both and just do daily glutathione injections..and then monitor labs to see if there's a difference

Obviously there is creatine and also whey. It works. But are there actually other supplements that really help with muscle growth?

And i dont mean things like omega-3 or vitamins, and minerals. Yes beeing healthy and not lacking any micronutrions will be beneficial but its not like you could prove in a study your multivitamin will increase strenght/recovery/muscle mass like creatine.

Im also not referring to things like lets say a pump booster. Yes having a better pump and therefore a better mind muscle connection will help building more muscle at the end. But its not like arginine helps directly to build muscle.

So is there actually another one?
Beta-alanin? HMB?

Or is it just a waste of money?
maybe TMG (Betaine)
L-Carnitine, better if injectable (+ androgen receptor sensitivity)
Turkesterone and Ecdysterone are up in the air. I think they're bullshit but some people swear by them.
Epicatechin might increase follistating and decrease myostatin.

Pumps make you feel your muscle and every exercise so absolutely will make you grow.

Where did you get that bs from? Lemme guess? A study where pumps habe been operationalised via subjective messurements?
if pumps made you grow the local broccoli head kid would be 250lbs

Only 150 pounds scientific lifters would dare to say having a good pump in the gym wont result in more muscle building.
this is a steroid forum. people's physiques here are litterally built by science.
If a pump made you grow runners would have huge legs cause of all the blood filling their leg muscles

It's all about the pump kid. I used to bench 405 back iny day

Pumps can be a sign that your training is efficient, you are hitting the muscle well, in a good spot in regards to hydration and recovery.

But for increasing how much muscle you gain? it means fuck all.

Go get a pump on a spin bike or jerk off furiously and youll get a pump too, but you wont grow any muscle to speak of unless you are an untrained old lady.

And if protein would build muscle, than every KFC lover would be jacked. Thats your logic

Yeah no shit, pump from jacking of wont get you any muscle.

Didnt thought i had to mention that ist pump+effective weighttraining> just effective weighttraining duuuh

Yeah but nitric oxide-based pump boosters suck

This goes for boner pills too

TNE 100 mg/ml a full 1 cc will boost you nice , Great power in the gym , mental focus, explosive energy, a nice addition once in awhile,,

Where would you rank TNE for muscle pumps compared to the others mentioned?

So which ones work the best ?

I've been running 0.5 mg/d IGF1-LR3 and really like the muscle pumps & fullness

Way more noticeable than I ever got from boner pills

Hold up, youre taking 0.5mg of IGF1-LR3 per day? As in 500mcg?
