Hey everyone,

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’ve been lurking for over a year, reading and learning, and figured it was time to officially join the conversation. I’m glad to be here and wanted to introduce myself.

I’m a 40-year-old Man who’s 5’10”, and over the past 12 months I’ve gone from 250 lbs down to 175 lbs. That transformation came purely from eating clean (1500–1800 calories/day), walking 3 miles every morning, and weight training 5–6 days a week. It’s been a grind, but one of the most rewarding things I’ve done for myself. Now I’m addicted to being the best me and improving day after day

I joined this forum because it’s clear there’s a wealth of experience and knowledge here. I’m eager to soak in everything I can — whether it’s training, diet, hormone optimization, or performance enhancement. I’ve got a lot to learn and am here with an open mind and a deep respect for the time, sweat and blood many of you have spent refining your protocols and sharing your insights.

Looking forward to connecting, asking (smart) questions, and continuing to evolve with the help of this community.

I’m preparing to start my first cycle. I still have about 15lbs of weight to drop to get down to 12-15 % before I start. (I’ve been on TRT for 12 months now)

Thanks for having me!

Anavar 25mg EOD am (pre workout)
HGH 4iu ED (titrate up from 1-4IU)

Telmisartan on hand if needed for BP
Supplement protocol

Cruise 8-12 weeks (No PCT as I’m on TRT for life)
150mg Test Cyp per week. M,W,F

Which GLP did you use?
I didn’t use any. Just went to an extreme calorie deficit. Just 8 months I only consumed 1500 cals per day ( 180g of protein)

Last 4 months I bumped up to 1800 cals per day. Weight loss has slowed from 3 pounds per week on average to about 1 pound per week now

Damn brother, you made it unnecessarily hard on yourself :)

Congratulations on the massive weight loss, probably feels like 15 years dropped off with the weight!

Now that you've made it worth living to 110, be sure to keep a tight grip on all the factors that'll get you there.

BP, Lipids, glucose...

If you're struggling with your appetite to maintain the loss, a low dose GLP can take some pressure off. free up mental bandwidth to focus on other aspects of your routine, and improve all three of the things above. 4iu rHGH can do a number on your insulin sensitivity and many guys here use a GLP to keep it in check.

Good luck man, the hardest part is behind you!

Thank you bruh! It was definitely a challenge in the beginning to fight the cravings and stay on track. Especially during family functions and holiday ( the food noises gets loud). But as I started seeing results on the scale and then in the mirror, it all just motivated me even further, harder and I became more dialed in and unbreakable.

I have read about the insulin sensitivity of HGH but I thought that was when you start getting into higher levels +6iu per day? So I didn’t think my measly 4iu would be an issue (dependent on how my body reacts to the titrated dose of course). With that being said, I did pick up some Reta from the grey side and sent it off for testing. But have not received the results yet. But no rush, as I’m probably 1-2 months from starting the first cycle as posted above.

I have done multiple labs (5 in counting over the past 12 months) for a pretty good base line to go off of. My most recent IGF1 came back at 111. So I think I’m a solid candidate for HGH

I do have a BP cuff at home so I monitor that x3 a week pretty steady at 130/80

I have been looking into buying a glucose monitor but haven’t found the right one yet

Thanks again for the kind words and acknowledgment of the progress!!

Really inspiring post. You’ve clearly put in the work. Following up on Ghoul’s comment about adding a GLP.. that might be a great next layer if you’re focusing on sustainability now. Either way, big props. Keep up the great work, man.

Thanks man, much appreciated. Looking forward to moving forward with all the positive motivation I have. I’m at a good point in life from as all this change.
