Oh, this was funny lol. Has anyone done this? I saw somewhere a dude asking for estimation and some well informed guys point out their opinion, someone did this with GPT and it came out exactly as the guys said, that's why i thought about trying it..but in my case it seems it's far off. I don't know if i'm yet close to 10%. Any opinions?

For physique assessment on GPT, you will have better results by being more specific with the prompt, providing it with a reference point first (I'll expand on this below), and then having something in the background thats in a constant position so it can scale you appropriately - for example, always having the camera at the same position across the images, or at least at the same relative height on the image, even if it's moved to the other side of the photo.
Model also matters, because some are a lot better at visual interpretation. 4o is usually best for image interpretation/analysis. But 4.1 would follow as second best if you wanted to try both.
So for example, on the prompt, use model 4o and type 'estimate the bodyfat percentage of this physique, using an average calculated across the 4 images. I am xheight and x weight'
it is more accurate when asked to provide averages across numerous images and poses, and including height and weight for scaling makes a huge difference. Also try to make sure each image has you perpendicular to the camera, no matter what pose you're doing, to keep the lighting as consistent as possible.
Finally, give it someone else to compare to. So find an image of someone who is genuinely 5-7%, or even 10%, then put in the prompt:
'in the first image is someone at x% bodyfat. Based on this reference point, analyse the remaining 4 photos of me and estimate my bodyfat percentage by averaging it across the 4 photos of me and comparing it to the reference photo I uploaded.'
It should then pick up on the differences in leanness and will better understand what 5-7% or whatever bodyfat percentage you provided as reference really is before trying to understand whether you are that lean or not.
You are on the right track, just need to try adjusting the prompts and giving it a genuine reference point first.
