Erythropoietin (EPO)

I’ve been looking through some old threads on how to use EPO and where to buy it. Haven’t found much and was wondering if anyone could share to me there experience. I am a long distance runner who isn’t some ordinary joe and is looking to improve my cardiovascular endurance. I would like to know what protocols should be taken to ensure my safety. I’m also in the US and would like to find a source that would be domestic for EPO.

This board is full of guys (myself included) who have to donate blood every 8 weeks even on TRT dosages because our O2 carrying capacity is excessive. You're better off just taking testosterone. A low dosage will increase your H/H and RBC's, and it will not throw a lot of weight on you to where it impacts your running performance negatively. It will also have many other benefits for your mental / physical health.

Appreciate the reply, I’ve been on like a 100mg of testosterone a week. Just enough to recover along with Cytomel, meldonium, roxadustat (stimulates erythropoietin), L-Carnitine, and anavar. And yes I feel like you’re right, I will probably just stick with trt. I’ve been doing trt for 7 weeks now, and I don’t do any blood work. I feel great everyday and stuff but I really want an extra edge for my endurance. I think I need to take one step at a time before I try EPO. HGH might be my next step.

If endurance is your goal I'd probably drop the anavar and run a little more testosterone (maybe 20% more to start). And definitely get some bloodwork. You need to know what your liver / lipids look like on this regimen. It's probably not bad but some of us are very sensitive to the side effects and you want to be proactive. I'm not sure HGH would help with endurance per se, especially if it causes water retention for you. Over long periods of use it can likely be helpful for recovery / connective tissues repair from the constant pounding of running, but that's a long game

Isn't your hg and hct high enough with roxa?
It's pretty much oral EPO. You need to do your bloodwork on it..

Yeah endurance is the goal, but when you’re running a 100 miles a week with hard workouts you need recovery so HGH is probably a very good recovery tool. And I already have testosterone so no need to get that. But if I take HGH it would just be 1-4 iu’s for recovery with reduced water retention. The only ever sides I’ve got from testosterone is water retention. Also I only had 30 tabs of anavar and ran out a few days ago. It was very good for tendons and recovery. Also I will think about getting that blood work done for sure. And yes endurance is what I mainly care for, and that can be achieved through raised rbc’s which will help deliver oxygen to muscles better and quicker. The problem is that there’s really only one compound that can do that without putting on weight and other sides and that’s EPO. I think I will also up my dose of test like you said. And I’ll probably up my Roxadustat dose from 50 mg to 70mg. Are there any other compounds you suggest for endurance, rbc count, and recovery? I also forgot to mention I use bpc and tb aswell.

Most people produce 2-3 IUs of HGH, doing 1-4..might not be worth it.
It's just replacement dose, injecting HGH causes your body to stop production. You can try Tesa instead, supposedly it increases hgh production.

You can try low dose tbol or var. If you get cramps, lower the dose.
Roxa is oral EPO, you can keep increasing it till your hit your limit for hct, do bloodwork to get the right dose.
Low dose EQ might help, but probably not recommended since your on roxa...

I did get blood work done but only for hemoglobin and ferritin. My ferritin was really low my hemoglobin was in the recommended levels. I’ve been supplementing with 1 iron a day along with b12. And no I don't do blood work, I should but I forgot to mention I’m 19 and run for a school in which we are tested. But only at the nationals meet..

Started it some days ago gonna drop a full log maybe at the end of the season

I think I’m still gonna try out HGH just to see if I like it and if it helps my recovery. Tesamorelin sounds not to be bad I’m gonna do some research on it.

I’ve also tried anavar 25mg for 30 days, I can say I was very impressed with its ability to help me recover, it also always got my blood going almost like a pre workout. Nothing but positives on that one. Turinalbol would definitely be something I want to try in the future.

Yeah probably just gonna up my roxa dose from 50mg to 70mg.

This sounds very interesting, could you give me some back round on what your doing it for? I can tell by your pfp you are probably cycle. Also can’t wait to see that log, would be very cool to see.

I'd suggest skipping the EQ unless you try it in an off-season period where you can afford to experiment. The impact on E2 is hard to predict and you may be chasing levels for awhile if you overshoot since it's such a long ester (ask me how I know...). Not a disaster with test prop on hand, but you'll need to put up with the extra intracellular water from higher test while you wait for the EQ to clear. Cleaner to just use EPO or roxa if that's working.

Is the roxa actually working for you? I tried a well known domestic source and no impact on hct as confirmed by bloodwork, so seemingly bunk. If you have a working source I'd like to try again. EPO is faster and more predictable but I like the idea and the safety behind roxa.

The internet was a mistake.
Oh wow I missed these details... 19 and TRT test... that's basically replacement of your existing levels as a teenager. I was imagining a 30-40 year old dude on TRT messing with PEDs for fun.

But i think if he trains a lot u get suppressed but as endurance athlete myself similar age i would be esitant doing test

Getting gear is easy..I'm surprised he has access to oral EPO tho.
There's probably someone like a conditioning coach in his school's athletic program with a basic bitch 90s kinesiology degree still operating on Lance Armstrong-era broscience who's banging the on-staff NP.

Shit talk aside, OP. Slow down with the PEDs. Your natty T might've been higher than what you're getting out of 100/week and you fucked that up. Get some damn labs done, particularly CBP because your potassium is probably through the roof on roxa.
