Coming to the end of this health phase “TRT for 3” cruise.
One week left to go then we’re back on blast this is the biggest I’ve looked not the leanest but the biggest. Very happy with the shape and size I’ve been putting on and very eager to continue this growth phase.
My coach has done an amazing job this far I think we might be going places finally.

Same diet same surplus as we’ve not needed to change food very exciting to me.
Currently still running @Opti s test and hgh
Prop at 300mg/week and 2iu hgh per day

I personally switched over to get more active hormone in my body vs ester weight.
And because I was on such a significantly lower dose then my most recent peak blast phase.
Notable differences no, I’m doing micro administration anyway. On paper my serum testosterone was slightly higher due to more hormone concentration per volume VS Test E
 
Looking awesome brother - just wondering, that HDL of 20 on the labs - we attributing that to the Primo I suppose?
 
I don’t recall at the time if I had done anything extra, I know that I definitely don’t get the omegas supplemented like I need so I would attribute it to both that and aas @RockyP

I saw your E2 was not crashed / bottomed out, and It didnt seem like you were taking orals at the time - I THINK you said you were on 500 test / 400 primo for that bloodwork. I ask because I'm also sensitive to primo's impact on HDL, i want to run it, but I really can't go much above 200 mg. Irregardless, making great progress - will keep following!
 
The pictures are my Current look from 300mg test weekly and 2iu hgh.

Just added in 200mg Mast and 200mg Primo weekly And a additional 4iu Hgh pre bed
Current blast that I am starting today :
300mg Test weekly
200mg mast weekly
200mg primo weekly
2iu Hgh pre workout / 4iu Hgh pre bed
Test will probably not go up to avoid use of A.is
And keep my gyno from flaring up (surgery soon)

Currently sitting at 217lbs fasted
Added in 1 low carb day per week

coach is beyond pleased with the current look, his words are that this is my best look to date.
Looking forward to keeping things moving in curreny still in a surplus, getting leaner and heavier.
Calories just got raised again, moving from 375g cooked rice per meal up to 400g so it wasn’t a big jump but it should keep me moving in the right direction.
I’m coming up on the start of my prep.
December I will be starting prep it will be 20 weeks out from the regional show and then there’s one that we’re looking at after that show I’m going to be busting my ass even more then I already have been to make my best presentation.
Gear is still the same.

300mg test/week
200mg mast/week
200mg primo/week
6iu Hgh total per day split morning and night 2/4
All @Opti gear still it hasbeen doing wonders for me I’ve made improvements everywhere in not just the quality of muscle but size and skin texture.
I’m looking to potentially add in an inch oral like anadrol or something maybe dbol I’m not sure I’ll have to talk to my coach about it, he keeps things on the more conservative side with the gear I’m sure the dose will change eventually but I guess only time will tell.
