What are ur Top3 Supps?

For an entirely unrelated reason, I know there are creatine manufacturing plants being opened up around the world, because demand is growing so quickly companies are taking the opportunity to supply their local markets instead of relying on China. It busted out of the gymrat market and into the mainstream general health market in the last couple of years.

It's so high up on the supplement list, and consumed in such large quantities, it'll probably become a food group in a few years, lol.

Too many to list and harder to rank. Obviously I take creatine, but it’s part of my PWO mixed with several other things that are even more important to me (EEAs, taurine, tyrosine, beta-alanine, citrulline malate).

But Carnitine and Glutathione injections have to be in the top 3. Carnitine daily, and glutathione EOD.

My current list based on personal needs want to optimalizate it so much more right now is meh :
1. 20mg melatonin upping to 50mg slowly(personal test for brain stuff not sure if this is beneficial for everybody)
2. Magnesium 800mg elemental
3. Zinc since im deficient
4. Calcium( from what i gathered u need calcium when u megadose magnesium otherwise it could have bad effect on bones)

There is already like 3-5g of creatine in red meat (500g) Idk how u have diet set up guys but i always eat like 500g ofc in bodybuilding people avoid red meat a Lot, but i dont think ur gonna be deficient …when ur gear head what do u even need creatine for u got ur tren in probably already in Lol, top 10 supplements should be focused on ur health how creatin works for the Muscle ? U basically just hold more water in Muscle making u look bigger … so on cycle when ur already bloat lord not a best supplement i would image? Strenght gains from creatine are just changes in internal levarages from little bigger muscles Idk what is ghouls stance on this dudes seems to know his shit

For sure creatine has almost like cult like following and im ofc wrong not like its the easiest selling supllement without good reasson

There's plenty of good reason, even if people can't quite articulate it well.

The water drawing into muscle is the most visible effect (not bloat, it's lean mass because it's inside muscle).

But creatinine's main function is to facilitate rapid ATP replenishment.

TLDR, when energy is used up quickly, in skeletal muscle when working out, in the heart under aerobic load, or in neurons when the brain is under stress, creatine acts like a backup battery instantly filling in energy gaps that would otherwise have to wait while mitochondria catches up with cell's demand for energy.

So the "addictiveness" of creatine isn't just the look of enlarged muscles, but comes from is this "smoothing out" of physical energy and mental clarity that's difficult to describe, but creates a sense of well being that is absolutely real.

(and yes, I'd rather get it from a couple pounds of steak every day too, lol).

At the right dosage great pumps and lots of energy / endurance for training. Personally I need to use some fast digesting carbs in my intra shake to get the most benefit, but it's night and day with / without the L-Car.
I'll need to try it with carbs. I've been using it fasted as a lipolysis driver but I don't think that's the best use of it.
