I placed an order last month, received the tracking number on the 5th of this month, and the tracking hasn't been updated since the 5th, and it's still stuck, showing that the package hasn't been delivered to the carrier yet.
It's true that they notify you of shipping delays on their website, but they also advertise compensation of 30% of the order price if the tracking number isn't updated within 14 days (as is my case).
I contacted them to request compensation and information on the order status. They simply ignored the compensation request and told me they'd check with the warehouse to see what's happening with my order.
I'll post how they resolved the issue here, but it's not clear to me...

I'm here to comment that they responded to me from your customer service and they have complied and have given me credit in your store as compensation for the wait, however I'm still waiting to see what happens with my package so I will inform you if it is finally resolved.

This is the first time I've seen injectable Anadrol, Superdrol, and Dianabol here. Has anyone tried them (Astera)?

When are you bringing back qualitative products ? Have seen lab tests from your products and blood tests from unsatisfied customers who complain about about not right dosaged products or even the wrong compounds in the sold product . Any statements to that ?
