How are people selling BPC-157 on tik tok shop?

Hello, I am seeing an influx of BPC-157 and TB-500 Products on tik tok shop, my question is... How are they getting away with this? Isnt it illegal to sell without stating that its not for human consumption or selling it in a form that implicates human use? One of them even states it as a dietary supplement. Someone on reddit said that as long as its capsules that its fine?!? Is it just a matter of time before they get taken down?

Well firstly almost all if not all are faked, the first wave of it was a pill with just amino acids in it like basically a glorified vitamin pill. Then they started saying it is real bpc while it’s 60 to 80 dollars. While real bpc is 90-120 dollars ofc from a reputable source and not bulk buying. If you try reaching out to ask for labs proving them they don’t have them, and if they do it’s almost guaranteed fake.

Yeah, they are almost always just a blend of amino acids. It's really effective at tricking soccer moms and uninformed users.

Also, TikTok shop kinda sucks at monitoring sus shit on their platform and somehow always banning/regulating the people that don't do anything wrong.

Ask for labs.
