First Cycle Log and some personal thoughts

Only nolvadex? No clomid or enclomiphene?
Hello.
Yes.
Why add more side effects and meds.

Currently still alive and doing well. Most of the sides are the mental things. Not much physical activity being affected. (except maybe I am doing less leg workouts per week)

The sides are basically how I felt before taking antidepressants and before going to the gym.
1 more month to gooo.

It helps that I still continue to work out and have a healthy relationship with my bf and my family, so that's a plus on mental stability at the bad times.

And why Nolvadex already? You could stop cold turkey and get the same results as if you haven't it.

Every med in PCT has its role, clomid/enclomiphene helps restarting your axis.

You either do a PCT as it's supposed to, or don't do it at all. Your logic is like saying i have a shot infection but i'll take only the creme and skip the antibiotic because, why add more meds?

Anyways, you do you. Hope you're fine and good luck with your goals.

Forgot to update this.
My last PCT protocol worked.
PCT Period: July 7 - Sept 7, 2025

Sept 17 - Still below baseline for LH/FSH/Test, but normal Estrogen levels
LH - < 1
FSH - 2.79
Test - 1.97 (6.84)

Symptoms: during this period, no physical symptoms besides being more tired. Oh right, my veins started to show up. In my arms and shoulders.

Nov 5 - all 3 parameters + estrogen are normal
LH - 1.56 mlU/mL
FSH - 4.88 mlU/mL
Test - 7.34 ng/mL (25.47 nmol/L)

For both times, measurement was done during the supposed peak area of testosterone in the human body (the first one being around 11 am, the second one around 8 am) so there might be variables.

I did get diagnosed with TB, with the likely infection period during my steroid use. Currently on antibiotic medications and so coincidentally it was right after my PCT in October that symptoms did pop out. 2 months HRZE, then 4 months of the other 2. No steroid cycling for a bit till then, for my liver’s sake and to rest my own system from it.
