Any way to maintain muscle while regaining fertility?

Can you run enclomiphene solo with Trt? Does it affect estrogen at all?? Or are you saying the enclomiphene took you to 900 or the Trt did? Or both?

I was saying the huge list is for OP who wanted recommendations for fertility while staying on trt.

Enclomiphene will make your body not see estrogen. It'll still be there, but blocked from bodily processes. Why would you want to run it on trt? It wont help fertility alone while on TRT.

I went the route of using as few drugs as possible. No trt for a few months. I tested at over 900 when on enclomiphene only for around 45 days at the time of test. I was also taking the vitamins listed minus zinc. NAC was also used in place of glutathione.

Gotcha. I am getting ready to do a fertility protocol soon. I was jw. I was planning on running hcg 500ed. Hmg 75 eod. Remaining on Trt at 15-20mg per day. I have enclomiphene on hand and was thinking about adding that as well. After 90days of this taking a test for count and motility. I am willing to drop the Trt if needed. Honestly I’m still doing research also so idk if that will be the exact protocol or not. Also will do the glutathione, nac, etc…

I would just run enclomiphene the whole time at 12.5mg/day. Estrogen is a major negative feedback loop for fertility. You'll also be producing a lot of your own testosterone, and would probably feel the same on half that trt dose.

The suppliments also make a big improvement. Every one i listed has at least a few research papers showing they're very effective.

I think whether you drop trt completely or not, enclomiphene is an important part to the fertility protocol. You definitely wouldn't need the same trt dose when using hcg and hmg. If you didn't use enclomiphene, I see that combo you listed creating a bunch of estrogen

Trt with the protocol can work. It just severely limits your fertility ceiling.

Thinking about the following protocol while using 300mg TE per week:

2 x 500iu hcg
3 x 75iu hmg
Some supplements (Omega3, Coenzym Q10, Folic acid, Zinc etc

Then spermiogram after 3 months. Which parameters to check in laboratory - fsh and lh? I heard that the hcg emulates lh so that endocrinologic lh will be supressed!? Will fsh increase from HMG? What about Inhibin-B?

We kinda threw in the towel as I’m now 40 yo and she’s 37. But I’ve been considering giving it another go with enclomiphene. My big concern is libido coming completely off. In the past I’ve tried but literally had zero sex drive. Hard to have a baby if you can hardly have sex… nothing fun or sexy about it either lol. How’s your libido on enclo?

Personally, I was able to retain fertility on TRT. It’s definitely not the highest production, but it’s in the low normal. 6, million sperm cells with good motility. I’m taking 160 mg of testosterone, 12.5 mg of enclomiphene and Hcg 1000iu 3x a week.
