A GH and fat loss protocol (rhGH lipolysis) that is science-based

thats one test i need to get is a cortisol test, do you know if theres a specific cortisol test thats better for data purposes?

4 point saliva Adrenal Stress Profile. You can plug the results into one of several AI engines, along with your GH protocol and get guidance on how to adjust dose time to minimize cortisol induced sleep disturbances.

You can buy the kit here:

pretty expensive, a cortisol test will be done, ill start someplace,,

you can even get the nurse come to your home and stick a needle in your arm for that price

Not 4 times though :)

Since rHGH increases cortisol receptors, even "normal" cortisol can disturb sleep,

It would be a lot more cost effective to just try some phosphatidyl, a potent cortisol receptor blocker, and take a couple of hours before bed.

How much deep sleep is people having around here? Average deep sleep, ?? i get 30-45 minutes per night on average,,
i started at 50-60 minutes average. now im at 80-90 minutes with aswhaganda, magnesium, glycine, vit b6, melatonin & hgh.

the average deep sleep should be around 15-25% of total sleep

so if you're sleeping atleast 7 hours thats 1 hour & 3 minutes of deep sleep. if you have achieved the 15% deep sleep.

im fairly young so i still sleep well, but sleep quality will worsen with age if you're more senior. sleep is health especially the older you get

im half your age, but fuck sleep is important. i recently developed sleep apnea and im out travelling. have to wait until august so i can go see my doctor and get it treated for free. it fucking feels like hell trying to sleep right now and the only thing happening is me feeling like i forgot how to breathe

CPAP is actually life changing therapy. I recommend it for anyone with Apnea/sleep issues. Get the sleep test (very simple these days - you sleep in your own bed) and go thru the break-in period (pain in the ass finding the right mask, pressure settings, getting used to the tube, etc). You will be happy you did when you start getting those excellent teen-type sleeps again.

Depending on the doctor/company you even get a cool app like this tracking your progress. This can also be paired with iWatch for more detailed sleep data.

i don't get much deep sleep according to my apple watch,,
I would start with the standard one but there’s a whole day spit cortisol test you can do if you’re worried it’s impacting you at specific time. The standard cortisol test is usually done before 9am and cortisol is usually highest in the am so it should give a good look.

Edit: wrote this before finishing the thread. The spit one is pricy but it is more effective for finding cortisol issues especially if you’re having sudden spikes in the day or night that are impacting you.

F'ing hate CPAP. All it does is pump air into my stomach. I've tried everything to correct it.
the one sleep study mask they put on me was just to much air, it was suffocating almost i couldn't breath with it and i just ended up ditchin* that mask that time, so my sleep study was just incomplete basically, i have another sleep study in a month or so and im gonna try harder to complete this one, , it was just to much air and i didn't like the mask over my face, it caused ptsd symptoms to manifest into full on panic attacks, , i have a surgery in the future to get turbinant reduction/septum reduction surgery to open the damaged airways, so, thats down the road a bit,,

Yep, tried that. Also tried taping my mouth shut.
Sorry to hear that man. I love my cpap. It's like Gucci air heated, humidified and pressurised. Couldn't imagine having to breath naturally again.

Jokes aside looks like sleep apnea was the cause of my health issues. It's a serious condition.

Do you think
2iu first thing in the morning and
2iu 30min before last meal and go sleep is ok?
I think it would make most sense to have the last dose as close to bed as possible, since you will be shutting down your endogenous GH production with such a late injection. Also as far away from the last meal as possible, since GH and blood glucose don't go well together.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Myslím si, že by bolo najrozumnejšie užiť poslednú dávku čo najbližšie k spánku, pretože takouto neskorou injekciou zastavíte endogénnu produkciu rastového hormónu. Tiež čo najďalej od posledného jedla, pretože rastový hormón a hladina glukózy v krvi nejdú dobre dokopy.

Opravte ma, prosím, ak sa mýlim.
Thank you but i eat 50g whey isolate, 100g berries, 20g almond butter 15-30min before bed.
