Starting HGH

I am just about to start my HGh journey. I have 10 vials of 10iu HGh on the way. Was planning on going with 2iu M-F off weekends. Does this sound like a good starting point? Also, how will I know if I need to increase my dosage?

I am currently taking retatrutide 5mg/week and KLOW.

Any feedback is appreciated

that kit you have coming wont last you long i am afraid,, Won't even do anything for you , maybe make you gain some water weight , So NOT to much of a "journey", try researching the topic more before starting "your journey ",,

I know it won’t last long but i have to start somewhere. I just wanted to get going with something to establish my routine and then reevaluate to see how much I need going forward.

Get a baseline IGF1 reading.

Start using the minimum amount recommended for replacement (0.9iu). Recheck in 6 weeks and titrated up by 0.5iu each month until you get into the upper normal levels.

Or do what I did an start at 2iu which is what everyone recommends and dealing with side effects non stop.

Thanks for the reply. It is very helpful. I will definitely start with checking IGF1 levels as the side effects is exactly what I’d like to avoid.

Side effects non stop at 2iu?
"Initiation and Monitoring of GH Treatment

Unlike pediatric GH treatment, often dosed in micrograms/kilograms of body weight/day, currently recommended GH replacement dosing in adults is individualized independent of weight, taking into account the patient’s age, gender, and estrogen status (Johannsson et al., 1997a; Hoffman et al., 2004b). Initiating therapy at low doses (total dose 0.2–0.4 mg/day SC) decreases the likelihood of developing common side effects like joint stiffness, arthralgias, myalgias, paresthesias, and peripheral edema, with fluid retention. The dose should be titrated at 6–8 week intervals based on clinical response, while avoiding side effects and monitoring serum IGF-I levels. Achieving a target in the upper half of normal age adjusted IGF-I range is desired. It is reasonable to start with higher doses (0.4–0.5 mg/day) in patients less than 30 years of age, but older patients (greater than 60 years of age) should be started on lower doses (0.1–0.2 mg/day) and titrated more slowly to minimize occurrence of side effects."

Reference:

My experience lines up very well with the clinical observations and recommendations. Even for people under 30 they don't recommend 2iu a day (0.66mg).

I titrated on the serostim protocol which is basically this and also avoided all negative sides.

This is good advice. You probably need six months worth to really get your initial moneys worth. It's not like AAS. But you will feel better, you will gain size, and I think it's very benign compared to what say about the risks. There are many many guys who are running 5 to 10 IUs a day for years with no problems. Run it for a few weeks and if it doesn't bother you get ready to order more in bulk. I think a lot of us here tend to order 6 months at a time when we find a good special with high quality. With growth you're probably going to need to think of those terms. Look for 96%+ (if you can find 97-98 buy all you can afford) with overfill and low to no dimer. And if you're going to buy 6 months to a Year's worth then just pay the money to get it tested. Maybe going in with some buddy's to share shipping and testing costs. Some of the vendors have very reliable testing but others are shady. Or better yet, join the testing group where you can crowdsource testing costs.

And go introduce yourself like others have said. Welcome to the community........now read.
