How has everyone’s orders been lately for international ? How long is it taking if it gets through ?
@superVato while there is always still a chance it arrives if you didn't get a seizure letter (I've had some sit for over a month and then suddenly start moving), most likely it sounds like your pack is either lost in the postal system or has been seized by customs.Placed an intl. order back on 06.14 and pack still isn’t delivered. Last update on tracking states “arrived at Chicago” but hasn’t moved for over 14 days from that status

How-To Contact Basicstero Customer Support
Now you can contact Basicstero’s customer support directly via an internal messenger in your Basicstero account instead of filling out a form on the “Contact Us” page.
For your convenience, Basicstero has added a "Messages" section on the store website where you can contact customer support for any questions or help you need (such as with payment, ordering, account, etc.).
You can find this new option on the top bar when logged into your Basicstero account.

Yes, please let us know if it is successfully delivered and approximately how long it takes to arrive.Just placed my first order on Basicstero from the EU warehouse. Expensive as f**k, but hopefully worth it!I'll keep you posted with the status.
No. I read that it says it is in all oils.
"We use 5 to 10% pharmaceutical grade ethyl oleate in our oils."
"As carrier in all our vials is used grape seed oil."
The warning about high concentration products is in regards to the higher concentration causing discomfort (PIP).
It does not say the EO is only in the high concentration products.
Maybe I am wrong, but I have always been under the impression it is in all the oils.
Therefore, if you know that you have an allergy or other adverse reaction to grape seed oil or EO, I do not recommend using these products -- if so, this may not be the right brand for you.
RThoads, were you able to clarify BB/BA% and if EO used in all oils including lower concentrations. Would like answer before deciding to purchase. Thank youI found out.
18% BB + 2% BA
Not for me

To the best of my understanding, the carrier for all Pharmacom Labs oil products is grape seed oil (GSO) with 5% to 10% EO.
If I understand correctly, this is the formulation for all oil products.
To the best of my understanding, EO is used in all the GSO products. This doesn’t really clear things up for me.
In section #5 under ‘What shall you know about our products,’ it states:
‘We use 5 to 10% pharmaceutical grade ethyl oleate in our oils. As a result, injections are not painful and don’t cause big lumps, etc. (Attention shall be paid only with high concentrated oils 450–600 mg/ml!) As carrier in all our vials is used grape seed oil.’
To me, this sounds like EO is only used in high-concentration products (450–600 mg/ml), not all oils. But in a previous post, it was suggested that EO is present across all oil-based products.
There is a mention of BA toward the very end of the page where it talks about different types of bacteria etc. But it does not state that BA is used -- it just talks about how BA may not sufficient for all types of bacteria. There’s also no mention of BB/BA% anywhere
No problem, I completely understand.Until that’s clarified, I’m going to pass.
Did you ever get a baseline prolactin checked, i.e. prior to using tren?Just to write here that Pharmacom Caberos is total BUNK, garbage. On 250mg tren hex I run 3 x 0.5mg caber per week (very hefty dose), and my prolactine is 420 IU/mL, crazy…
You, and whomever you work for, are so desperate that you come here to bash other brands in hopes that maybe a customer will come your way.Are people really resorting to using pharmacom nowadays? Damn
Pretty sure nobody paid him since we can see his activity. Hes been buying from multiple sources.whoever pays you
The loyalty discount is attached to an account.I logged out of the website. Prices are still the same when I login even after making nearly 10 orders so where is this percentage off?
Now that is customer service. Kudos. The loyalty discount is attached to an account.
When a certain number of orders have been confirmed, the discount is automatically applied to all future orders from the account.
See my screen of a cart I just filled as an example:

I added 10 TEST-E300 to my cart from the Int. Warehouse.
They are normally $38 USD each.
So 10 of them should be $ 380 USD total.
Plus, the $ 20 USD shipping cost would give an order total of $ 400 USD without any discount.
But, you can see my cart total is only $ 343 USD total.
Subtracting the $ 20 USD shipping would be $ 323 USD for the 10 TEST-E300.
That is only $ 32.30 USD each, which is 15% less than the normal price.
32.20/38 = 0.84737 = 85%
Which is a 15% discount.
If the discount is attached to your account, you should see it like this in the cart when you add items.
This dude is no joke. I dont aporove of the EO but this guy is excellent. Now that is customer service. Kudos.
