do you aromatize alot naturally and are you able to estimate its strength to a mg of a different compound?

i know these questions are useless because they are so individual but I want someone experienced to hype it up so i finally try it out after all these years. I have like 8 vials of trest e from 2018 in my grandmas attic

Since we’re no longer “pushing” per se, we are removing ment to bring down subcutaneous water and inflammation.

Hello Meso! It’s been a while and life has been crazy since my last update.

I got married in May and just found out my wife is pregnant with twins!

I had no show plans this year but I did tell my coach I wanted to be lean for my honeymoon in September of this year so here is where we’re currently at. 275lbs morning fasted weight. Plan is to cut until I’m about 4 weeks out from stage lean then rebound. Plan to compete in 2026.

Diet:

Training days
P-300g C-440g F-15g

Non training
P-300g C-240g F-20g


Cycle:

800 test c
900 mast e
200 tren a (just started)
10iu GH
80mcg Clen (was at 40mcg for a few weeks)
25mcg T3 (just started)
100mcg T4

No orals this cut - no need if not competing imo

Such low fat :( I envy your discipline, food taste like shit with low fat xD
 
what do you take for health or preventatively?

Pharma wise I take 40mg telmisartan and 5mg Nebivolol. This keeps my BP around 120/75 and RHR < 70bpm

OTC:

Omega-3 Fish Oil: 6-7g EPA and DHA day
Vitamin D: 10000iu per day AM(androgen receptor sensitivity)
Calcium citrate (1200mg, 600AM and 600PM)
Magnesium citrate 1200mg(400mg AM and 400mg PM and 400mg post workout)
Zinc Picolinate (50mg PM)
CoQ10 (200mg)
vitamin k2 (400 mcg)AM
Astragalus 4000mg AM
NAC 1800-2000mg AM on empty stomach

Hi all!

No real changes since last update. Since we’re not doing a show this year, we’re really just holding this conditioning and not digging too deep. Clen has even been pulled.

I will be starting my offseason once I return from my honeymoon in mid September and I’m sure diet/ped’s will change. I will also be changing up my training and hiring a dedicated coach geared towards programming.

Will update as things unfold!
