Just a personal preference, but between ARBs (Telm, Azil, etc) and other BP meds, i much prefer to just use Cilnidipine.

What makes you prefer it? I'm still just using nebivolol for lowering RHR and BP, but am thinking about switching to Ivabradine + Telmisartan. Nebivolol seems to put a hard ceiling on heart rate at about ~120 no matter how hard I'm working cardio, and Telmisartan sounds like it has a lot of secondary positive effects.

I'm using the combo Cilnidipine+Nebivolol.
I only use BP meds (ARB/CCB) when i blast.

With Telm 80, my BP is in range. With Clin10 it seems my BP and RHR drops even further vs Telm. I don't really classify IVA as a BP med as it mainly affects RHR and not BP. I run IVA year round.

With Telm i need to monitor my potassium regularly. Fairlife milk for e.g has alot of potassium .With Clin, I don't have to check potassium regularly.

The azilsartan is $50/mi via manufacturer program (insurance of course excludes it) so I might d/c altogether when my supply runs out. Not sure if it is available as an Indian generic, but have noticed it on a few other price lists so maybe it is?

I will tell you where to find the secret menu. Type in the name of any medication not on the list and the word india or indian pharmacy. You will much more often than not find it does exist. If it exists in an Indian pharmacy, he can usually obtain it for you if you request it.

Note: Some items are export restricted. Plus to state the obvious, don't be asking about stronger controlled substances. Those he can't or won't do.

His list would be 100 pages long likely if it had ever possible drug he could get. India is a HUGE part of the worldwide pharmaceutical manufacturing market. Especially with generics.
