I’m a relatively new customer with Eva, but I’ve placed around three orders to Australia so far. Each time, the process has been smooth, and all orders arrived correctly.
On one occasion, the product photo they sent for confirmation was missing a vial, but because they have that step in place — sending photos before shipping — I was able to spot it and they corrected it quickly. It’s a great system, and I hope they continue using it.
One thing people should keep in mind: these sources are based in China, and English is clearly not their first language. You need to be clear and straightforward when communicating — that’s just part of dealing internationally.
Overall, Eva has been a reliable source so far.
