I’ve heard it increases urination. Have you seen that? Are you taking it early in the day to minimize increased trips to the bathroom at night?

I have some pharmacy Jardiance on hand and I’m getting curious.
well i have a nighttime urination "schedule" every three hours , but since starting the jardiance in the morning @0600, and i stop drinking any fluids a couple hours before bed, and i am slowly getting only 2 trips to the bathroom at night instead of 3,, tbd

It causes u to pee glucose -- you will see it in your urine test.
I wished i knew that before hand -- would have chosen the one who made you pee the most glucose

Maybe add some MB as well..sweet blue pee!

It is kind of ironic in that regard as normally glucose in your urine means you have very out of control diabetes.

I'm on sotagliflozin 400mg/1x a day, but i usually just say I'm on jardiance since it's the most commonly recognized sglt. My sugar cravings went through the roof when i started a sglt with reta.

@Nidus uses it
I love SLGT2's. I can highly recommend them, so many benefits! Still waiting for Jardiance to give me a 10% discount code

Yes, it does increase urination due to its light diuretic effects (thus also helps with BP issues for an example)
It also lowers potassium, magnesium and sodium. Really nice benefit for High Dose Telmisartarn users.

As long as you supplement a little of magnesium and salt your meals, rest is fine

If you do have issues with night-time urination look into Mirabegron. That can greatly help and is also a great off label medication used to lower Hba1c/Improve Homa.

Otherwise, try adding slightly more salt with your last meal to keep the water in.

Have you considered Sotagliflozin? It's a SGLT1 + 2. I'm using this instead but have not tried Jardiance.

Would Mira blunt the diuretic effect + benefits? It's half life is pretty long, 50 hours.

I looked into Sota and it appears to be a good choice as well. The effects overall are extremely similar to emp with apparently a little better glucose control after a big meal. I will ask my dr. about it next appt but went with the emp for now since PCT has it.

Sotagliflozin is not available in the EU and the slow glucose absorption doesn't seem to be that useful when you can just use Metformin or a GLP where both slow down digestion overall.

I believe that Slowing down glucose absorption further (considering most people use GH and use Metformin or a GLP these days like Tirza or Retra) doesn't seem to be that beneficial to me

Jardiance however is also fully covered by my insurance and a big pack is 240€ here. So to me not much of a difference

i run keto and water just goes right through me, even w salt tabs or LMNT or whatever. i grabbed a few sleeves of Mirabergeron from 24x7 for long flights. it works amazing and does not seem to have any noticeable sides. i pop half a pill before a flight and it’s like magic.

edit: when i was looking into it, i came across a Vigorous Steve video where he was going on about some combo w Mira that he found effective for cutting…but i never really explored it past what i wanted it for.

Mirabegron is used off-label for Type 2 Diabetics as it reduces Hba1c and improves Homa the longer you run it, my doc is actually prescribing me it for this and insurance covers it fully so thats neat

Just dont expect MAJOR improvements, its a nice addition though.

I noticed a higher RHR and some light weight drop but comparing it to clen i would say mira is just 30% as effective just side effect free

When running it solo for 4 weeks my homa improved slightly but i wouldnt really give the credit to Mira. I just love using it for the good sleep

i took that and noticed very little change in nightime urination, i have been cutting back on water near bedtime with better results,, ymmv

Ok so I have a question. I apologize ahead of time because I figure it’s kind of a dumb one, but I submitted payment for an order and then I realized that,, due to fluctuations with bitcoin, it ended up being about .20 cents short of my total. Does anyone think this will cause an issue with my order?

Unlikely over 20 cents. However he would let you know if there was an issue.

I always screen shot the transaction in Exodus just in case. In the transaction details it shows the amount of crypto you sent and below the US dollar value at the time of payment.
