MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

i understand that the spirit of Meso is to not glaze these sources, but i have no problem with the unabashed praise for 24x7. i’ve been at this a little while and dude is proving to be the gold standard. i have a pack en route right now that i have zero concerns with.
I totally get it. I don't go out of my way to praise sources generally. I will usually just say I had a good experience. However with PCT, I go a bit farther as I feel he actual deserves it and it's my little way of simply saything thanks. If a source treats me right, I try to return the favor.

I get no special deals or service more than anyone else does. Threre isn't even anything special or crazy gimmics. He simply does all the basics very well. Has an amazing guaranteed shipping policy, his products are legit, his prices are good, especially when on sale, and he takes care of any mistakes on his part.

That is all most people want at the end of the day. To pay a fair price for a product in our world and be guaranteed to get it.

Stock up on the necessities guys. BP meds, Antibiotics, muscle relaxers, sleep aids, kidney support, cholesterol, PCT suppliers, ancilliaries, etc.

What do you get for kidney support?
I only know of SGLT1/2.
Anything to recommend?

If on BP meds with a CCB in the mix, Cilnidipine's unique mechanism of action offers good protection other CCBs don't.

I have hypotension lol.
But i do have the Cilnidipine + Nebivolol combo pill, just have not used it yet.

I just picked up some EMPAGLIFLOZIN. I hear it is very good to help improve kidney function and also helps with blood glucose. Don't know if anyone else has used it.

I'm on sotagliflozin 400mg/1x a day, but i usually just say I'm on jardiance since it's the most commonly recognized sglt. My sugar cravings went through the roof when i started a sglt with reta.

@Nidus uses it

Crazy thing I discovered about Ciln. I pulled a back muscle for the first time in while, the same muscle that I've been having this happen to every few years for decades.

It's never the muscle pain that's bad or debilitating, but the spasms and lockups of other muscles torturing me and limiting movement unless I used a muscle relaxer.

The expected spasms and follow on pain never came: The muscle just felt sore, like it would after using a muscle relaxer.

I knew one unique property of Ciln is blocking "sympathetic" reflexes in blood vessels and the heart, but that it was also reported to have anti stress properties as well due to blocking adrenaline receptors.

So looked it up, and sure enough, a lot of observational evidence and anecdotes from Japan about people with longstanding muscle issues like cramps, back pain, etc, reporting feeling "loose" after switching to Cilnidipine. One guy had a lifelong night calf cramp that Ciln resolved. Amazing stuff.

Are seizures a concern for overseas shipments? Had my first should i back off on buying international for some time? or they dont really flag addresses?

100%. i can vouch for all of that except for the mistakes part. i’m 6 or 7 orders in by now and each one has been perfect.

you just kinda assume that fuckery is amiss in this lifestyle and you’ll take one on the chin every once in a while. whether it’s the sources fault, shipping, CBP, whatever, shit often happens. i have zero concerns with this guy.

I think (it’s just a belief nothing based in evidence), You only make the flag address/person list if you are clearly and repeatedly importing large amounts of things like RC opioids or drugs like that. Not some dude with trouble sleeping or muscle psin. You know how many people do that that?

I have as have other had countless pakages sent to addresses that have gotten letter before. I once asked a source if they needed a fresh address for a reship and they said no. In their experience dealing with a lot of packages, they have never determined it made much if any difference on the sucess of later packages.

Cool, let me know how it goes. My next dr appt I am going to bring it up. In the meantime I got the 25mg tabs and will just cut them in half for 12.5mg. Everyone I have seen who takes it has seen a noticeable improvement in their EFGR.

SGLT2s cause an initial increase in creatinine and decrease in EGFR which levels out over time, just fyi.

major SGLT2i outcome trials have reported an early decline in eGFR (around 3–6 ml/min per 1.73 m2) shortly after initiating these drugs compared with placebo controls (5,8,9,11,12). These early declines or dips were typically observed at 2–4 weeks after initiation of the SGLT2i, with subsequent partial recovery of the eGFR curve by week 12, and, ultimately, followed by an attenuation of the slope of eGFR decline compared with placebo controls after 52 weeks (Table 1).

Thanks for that info! I will look it over. A good thing to know.

I’ve heard it increases urination. Have you seen that? Are you taking it early in the day to minimize increased trips to the bathroom at night?

I have some pharmacy Jardiance on hand and I’m getting curious.
