6 Weeks into TRT blood test feedback?

This is 6 weeks in on 200mg a week pinning M,W,F. My total T was 395 before TRT. BF right now is maybe 18-20%, hard
for me to say. I am 5'8" 170 lb. Definitely have some weight to lose around my mid section

I have felt great, am noticing that I wake up at 3am wide awake, can't turn the brain off. I have heard
that AAS can do this.

Only other side is erect fat nipples. After getting tested I have dropped down to 120mg a week. Concerned
about my Hematocrit creeping up, and also the high E2 long term.

Hoping to go on a blast soon, working through an injury before I can intensify the training.

I appreciate any feedback.

You've got rock hard nips because your e2 is so high
For sure I get that. Kind of liked it because normally they were kind of inverted. But had me worried. I took a half dose of arimedex when I dropped the T dose down to drop the E2 a bit quicker.

get your e2 dialed in better and fix your diet, and you could feel even better, I respond well to 200 mg testosterone as well, does the bodygood,,

The diet is dialed in. No issues there. But yeah getting the e2 sorted out. Not interested in running an AI for 24/7 trt so dropping to 120mg test. But will definitely when I up the test dose.

You haemoglobin and HCT is too high.

If I were you I would cut the dose in half until the blood thins back out again...

Donating blood will make your blood look good on paper but doesn't reduce the risks apparently.

I don't want to spook you but in terms of things that can kill you instantly blood clots are up there. It's a contentious subject up to you what you do.

I agree that is the main reason I have dropped to 120mg. I am also taking multiple supps to get it in order.

This. Surprised this hasnt been picked up earlier. No BP issues? My head would be ringing from headache

Get retested several weeks from now to see where things have settled to at that point. Then go from there
