He cannot help himself. His immature lack of impulse control is what’s gotten him banned 2-3 times. Pretty funny really.
I do truly appreciate some of the things Ghoul posts. He has some good insight, ChatGPT fueled or not, on some legitimate things. Specicially about pharmaceutical interventions etc.

He would PROBABLY fit in fine if he would keep to his lane and stop being as incredibly abrasive as he can be.

I've heard of CGMs but never looked into them much, thought you needed a prescription and that the readings were delayed since they measure glucose IM, not directly in the blood.

Just checked and saw they're around $130/month without a prescription, so I might try it for a month or two. My diet is pretty repetitive, so it could be interesting to see how specific foods affect me and how my blood sugar correlates with how I feel.

How have you been using your CGM? Any surprising insights or changes you've made that actually improved your daily routine or blood glucose management?

Sure, I wasn't sure how I'd use it (or if I'd stick with it), but continuously find new insights. I'm going to feel handicapped when I take a break. A few quick examples:

I use GH and do fasting cardio in the morning. Previously, I did this blind. Inject, wait an hour for GH enhanced lipolysis to kick in (fatty acids liberated and dumped into blood).

1. I discovered the very small amount of milk in my pre workout coffee was causing a glucose rise, meaning insulin release, which blunts the lipolysis I'm trying to maintain. I switched to coconut milk, this stopped happening, preventing insulin release and maintaining lipolysis.

The idea here is to burn off those liberated fatty acids so they don't get redeposited.

Now I can optimize cardio based on the glucose pattern. My fasting glucose will start at 85. Once free fatty acids are completely consumed as the energy source, liver kicks in to produce glucose, which can be seen as a rapid rise to 105, then a slow drop starts. This is the point at which there's no more fat burning benefit, and catabolism can start chewing away at muscle.

This could happen any time from 35 minutes to an hour. Without the CGM, I'd be guessing instead of nailing it.

2. I meet my trainer in the evening. I've learned I want to see 100-110 at the start of the workout, At about 30 minutes, I'm looking for a modest rise of 10-20 indicating carbs are mobilized. If I see a drop, I know I've underfueled or the type of carbs aren't working for me, and make adjustments next time. (I log everything with "Levels" software so it's easy to analyze the effect of adjustments.).

I make sure 2 hours post workout meal glucose is below 140, or I've overdone it on carbs.

3. A bunch of minor unexpected observations Levels brought to my attention. Getting rid of LED alarm clock lowered my average overnight glucose by 8 points. Apparently even the most minor sources of light can cause this.

I made the mistake of eating some airport french fries, shooting my glucose to 180 in an instant, damn near diabetic levels, and crashing it to 58, setting off the hypoglycemia alarm! TLDR, I have a genetic trait that means my saliva has an enzyme that's extremely efficient at converting starch to glucose. Someone suggested metamucil prior to eating them again to slow digestion enough to prevent this. The good news is this demonstrated my insulin reponse is potent with no sign of impairment.

Anyway, there's more but you get the idea. I'm paying about $45 per 15 day sensor in a 6 pack, via tastermonial (when they have a 20% off sale). I'd suggest at least going 30 days before taking a break, to collect enough data to identify patterns and see the results from making adjustments.

I keep trying to order primo and deca and they are always out. Stupid question but does anyone have a source lol sure I will get beat on for asking but I am desperate.

All you had to do was click the link to the Jano report showing a UGL’s “40mcg” clen that tested at 200mcg, which if you’re keeping score at home is 5x more.
I don’t know much about Clen. Never used it. I was just curious.
IMO there are far better compounds out these days for cutting.
So I was just curious overall why not use it and that question was answered.
Thanks

Does anyone know how long they've been out of Deca and NPP? I've been waiting for about 3 weeks hoping they'll restock one of them, but no luck and I can't get an answer as to when they'll have it back in stock. I guess I'll just try them for HGH since their prices can't be touched.

Anyone have any feedback on the HGH?

I dont know if you've been paying attention but there is a shortage of raws.

Everyone is out of everything. Except test and eq.

Their HGH is very good.

Anyone here experience sending to Belgium or Holland? Any issues with customs?
It's been a few years, but I used to purchase from China/EU warehouse vendors to one of these countries. I never had issues beyond Post NL incompetence causing one of my packs to go MIA. Post NL made me miss USPS.

The fact that you’ve tried both makes your comment hold more weight than some on here who have not and think Tirz is superior. As far as bodybuilders/weightlifters go, the feedback I’ve read makes me believe Reta is better than Tirz for most. Tirz was great for weight loss, but Reta was much better for making gains in the gym. You can eat as much or as little as you like. The glucose control is “likely” better than what you get from Tirz. And my metabolism was crazy high. I continued to get ripped even when eating excess calories.

Honestly if you haven’t tried both and don’t lift your opinion of Reta means nothing at all.
I've been digging reta more than tirz. I was resistant to trying it cause it's not FDA approved.

Per the Tirz/Reta back and forth:
I would never sell Reta to a normal person unless they asked for it and understood the differences (especially the suppression and fullness feelz).

My sole clients for Reta are in the bodybuilding community. These people are experts in dieting. They don't need the extreme appetite suppression and fullness of Tirz/Sema. Reducing food noise on cuts and blood sugar/fatty liver/health marker benefits during cuts and bulks make it very popular with this crowd.

Honestly, I started wondering if the whole Reta hype was just a push by YouTubers to drive affiliate sales. Personally, I saw no real benefits over Tirz.

I didn't get bloodwork done, so maybe some markers improved, but my blood glucose stayed the same, and hunger suppression only kicked in at 10mg (and it's very mild). Meanwhile, Tirz at 2.5mg had me feeling nauseous.

With Reta, my resting heart rate went up, lethargy got worse, and the only noticeable effect was reduced food noise and a lighter wallet.

Thinking of switching back to Tirz or trying something new. Not changing anything yet since I'm late in prep, but planning to switch during my push phase.

Main goals: Maintaining good insulin sensitivity, stable BG with high carbs, lower inflammation, and better satiety while reversing from a deep deficit. Any suggestions?
Purely anecdotal answer for you:
Currently taking tirz (11.25mg) and a small dose (0.25mg) of cagri.
Added the cagri about two months ago, which immediately broke a 3 month stall, with just the tirz.
Before that I had tried titrating up on tirz alone from 5mg to the 11.25mg with no additional weight loss.
Cagri for me is strong as hell and makes me feel like shit, but it works.
YMMV, do your own thing, results may vary, etc etc . Good luck!

SSA just banned pregabalin… anyone any Chinese suppliers that sell bulk powder pregabalin like qsc and SSA used to? These Indian suppliers are expensive as hell
Be careful with that shit man. I've seen people underestimate it's potential for dependency thinking "non-narcotic" means you can eat them like skittles all day long. Although this drug is not considered a narcotic you can still get physically addicted and you will go through terrible withdrawals on par with withdrawals from benzos or alcyhol .

Sounds like you're making your own version of Lily's amilyn/tirz.

The amilyn to glp ratios haven't been made public yet, it'll be interesting to see how close yours comes. Novo clearly thought .25mg Cagri was effective as a starting dose.

Ordered Tirz60 and Glow70 on May 23 - got delivery Jun 17 to EU. Everything looks good, tracking number was dormant for a long while until things started moving quickly last week.

Ordered from "Yoya".

Did both, tirz ive done during portion of my cut, but the lethargy and appetite suppression at 2.5mg then later at 5mg endup making me switch to Reta, i ran 7.5mg (2.5mg 3x a week), felt way better on it.

Now im running 1mg 2x a week in my current recomp/lean bulk, great to control my insulin sensitivity.

(I have a thread with my cutting stack and results, and my current ongoing cycle and results)

I hear "I feel nothing on Reta, this is great!", so often, it leaves me shaking my head. Injecting water would do the same, at a 99% lower price, lol.
For me, I feel like I'm basically entirely in control of how much I eat with reta. It does turn off the food noise, 100%. But it doesn't prevent me from eating, which tirz does.

I can basically eat exactly as much or as little as I need to hit my goals for the day - something I struggled with on tirz (or in the opposite direction without a GLP-1 at all)

And also I don't have nearly as much fatigue on reta as I did on tirz. Even at the end of month 3 of tirz I was chronically fatigued.
