As this lab had mast in stock and no one else did. Me and some friends placed a combined order with Eva for 50 vials of mast (might sound like a lot but there was a big group of us so not many to go around between the group).

30th April 2025 - Order placed:
1st May 2025 - Tracking number and pictures provided
8th May 2025 - Label created

Since then status has changed or been updated.

14th may 2025 - reached out for an update, got a screen shot saying pending customs clearance
23rd May 2025 - another follow up for an update, still clearing customs and she said she will check with fowarder
30th May 2025 - followed up if there’s an update from fowarder, advised will check tomorrow as she is not in the office, no response the following day
3rd June 2025 - another follow up, no update still “checking with fowarder”
4th June 2025 - waiting for her agents reply
9th June 2025 - she’s checking with fowarder

Safe to say she doesn’t know how to run an operation properly, no proper update, no insight as to how she addressing with the matter just responses that have no meaning behind it

asked for a follow up everyday since, she has ignored me.

There’s a lot of vendors on here so I suggest dealing with them not this lab

I ordered Raws from them and while it took 38 days to receive order I did in fact finally receive my order and sent a sample of powder for testing and it came back legit.

Unsure why I’m unable to post in the right section hence why im posting here

Placed an order with Eva on 30th of April, tracking number recieved on 1st of May.

Status of the package never changed so followed up multiple times, kept getting the same answer that she will check with the fowarder/agent.

Was advised she can’t do anything unless it shows it’s seized however if it’s lost, the status won’t change. This cycle kept going on for more than a month.

In the 12th of June she finally agreed that if there’s no reply from her agent she will agree for a refund on the weekend.

I appreciated her co operation so I gave her an extra 2 day grace period incase there was movement on the status of the package but no changes.

I provided her my refund details however did not see anything back in my account so reached out to her. No timeframe was provided just “our account will arrange, any update will let you know”

Throughout my whole experience with her I was always given the “I will give you an update” answer but I always had to be proactive and reach out to her.

Let’s see if the refund is just a way to stop me from looking at the status of the package whilst she hopes there’s some movement so she doesn’t have to provide the refund or she has genuinely organised a refund with her accounting team.

For a new lab on this forum that has past records of screwing people over, unrealistic prices for her items, I genuinely don’t know her train of thought, if she wants to build her reputation she could at least provide a trustworthy service to justify her expensive priced items.

Will keep everyone posted on how everything goes. Yes I am aware I shouldn’t have bought off her but I would have thought she has learnt her lesson in the past and would do anything to redeem herself and her bad reputation.

I know you guys already know not to deal with her but I just want to share my experience to solidify that case for the individuals that potentially think Eva’s lab has changed their bad ways
 
that’s where I was trying to post but for some reason it won’t let me. My previous thread about Hebei got moved to that section and I can’t even respond to it now even though i posted the thread. Not sure why
