Uptick in seizures

Has anyone who's had a recent seizure had success with subsequent shipments to same name/address?

The "burned address" isn't a problem so far. Reships get through more often than not, no matter how many love letters have been received in the past.

India packs were seized pretty regularly (and still are), but China pack seizures were extremely rare, until the end of last year.

Thanks Ghoul. I recall reading a few SSA posts where a reship to same name/address were also seized.

Had a reship get through but used an alternate name/address to be safe. Not sure if can continue to leverage this pathway.

Looked into UPS box but doesn’t seem worth given their quarterly contract cost relative to order frequency.

Obviously would prefer to just continue using home address, but concerned about implications, not to mention the inconvenience.

As a member of the "Photo album filled with Love Letters" MESO club, I can assure you previous seizures don't seem to impact packs getting through.

Senders addresses do seem to get targeted for increased enforcement from time to time. India vendors tend to be awesome for a time, then something happens and their packs get increasingly targeted all of sudden. An India wholesale vendor I'm currently using has had a 100% success rate over 10+ recent packs using my address, which is the same address all the previous seized packs were sent to.

CBP gets electronic info in advance of all international packs arriving, and based on that data decides which 1% get pulled for inspection, and the other 99% bypass customs completely. They could target recipients based on prior seizures, but nothing indicates that happens.

I had two packages from India seized back to back last month and got two love letters. I have a strong suspicion that once the first package got seized, my name and address got flagged in their database and the second package which was sent a few days later also got seized.

Think the contents of the package matters if it's all from the same sender in regards to getting seized?
Ex: Buying indian meds from PCT? Would the size and or contents of the shipment matter?

I don't know what variables in their algorithm cause packs to be flagged for inspection (probobly more like a container gets redirected to customs if enough packs get tagged based on the electronic data customs gets), but the India sellers all seem to break up large orders into smaller boxes, and I presume they're doing it based on experience. So yeah, size matters.

Contents? It's not well known, but predeparture x-rays are also transmitted to CBP in advance by some countries, including India. That's what "outbound customs" does. I doubt CBP can figure out much from that, but maybe they can.

Since pretty much all India pharma isn't allowed into the US even if uncontrolled, if they pull it for inspection, it's probably getting seized. If it's got controlled substances CBP will seize it.

However, if nothing is controlled, it has to be set aside for FDA inspection and potential seizure because that's their jurisdiction.

They have a limited capacity to inspect.

From what I understand there's a time limit as well and FDA has to let a package go if they can't get to it in time. If their "bin" is overflowing, and the backlog means they won't get to packs before the time limit expires, and CBP didn't find any controlled substances, they do sometimes tape it back up and just send it through.

I wouldn't worry about it. You can't do much about it on your end. If it happens it's just bad luck, and all my reships have always come through.

Update: Been doing innocuous orders from CN retailers and shipping to the name/address that had seizures.

These orders have been taking extra detours through customs, whereas they previously had not (to this address.)

I strongly believe the CN order seizure directly led to the IN order seizure a week later. And now, regular retail orders for normal shit are also getting inspected.

So as nice as it would be if it were not true, name/address does feel completely burnt right now. Perhaps address did not burn before the of 'de minimus', but things are apparently different now.

Super fucking discouraging to say the least. The thing I'd like to know now is:

The item that was seized was a sched V raw. Much larger quantity than was desired but that was all the vendor had (would've been a lifetime supply.) Wondering if peptides at this point (which are not scheduled) would also be seized if inspected?

Anyone have experience with packs only containing peptides getting inspected but getting through?

Update: Got my second seizure letter from a reship from India for my Accutane. Sucks to have a few hundred dollars go down the drain but at least I have enough to last on low dose for 4 months which I am responding to very well with the only side effect being chapped lips. I didn't have cystic acne though either.
Is that all that was in the shipment, just Accutane?

Yes, I purchased quite a bit. Other 2 packs made it through which contained 100 X 20mg Accutane which daily 20mg is working great for my back and shoulders. Almost completely gone now. I deleted the post though cause the second letter was just telling me the original shipment was destroyed. The reshipment is still on the way.

Ordered 2 packs of non AAS drugs from India - first one got here in like 10 days. Breezed through customs marked as "health supplements for individual use"

The fact that they specified it's for individual use makes me think that's on their radar more. There's a fine line between stocking up and ordering an absurd amount of drugs that just look suspicious. Even though gear users would definitely order 2 years of stuff for personal use, most people don't get it.

Second pack was in customs for 3 days but just got cleared and is on the way now.
