"IP" is the official standard, big "USP" is also allowed in India. So look for either designation on the packaging.
When it says "Export Only" things get a little more dicey, as those products are exempt from inspection in India.
What is it you're looking for? I'm not understanding your question about "lesser grade".

How about additional sources? You have mentioned several products that seemed either more expensive or not available on the 24X7 product list....are there one or two more equally good or competitive India sources? Since this is UgL thinking I can ask that?
Also, how do you see the packaging on 24X7? They don't show packaging, do you google the product name for images?

If 24x7 or PCT Zone doesn’t have what you want email them and ask if they can get it. For images check out India Mart. They have all the products.

I found a company on IndiaMart a few years back. Pulled the trigger accepting of risk for bunk shit/duds/complete scam - struck gold. Lifebelt pharma
Likely where these guys mentioned above are getting it from - think tadalfil 5mg like 0.2usd per tray of 10 etc. Reasonable to imagine these PCT places are dropshipping/forwarding same shit - normally same branding as I’ve used both
In terms - tadalafil def legit(duh), HCG positive on pregnancy test, other pharmaceuticals with observable differences (anti hypertensives, isotretinoin cream) are all effective, now dosing could be suspect but likely as accurate as could be expected from one of the bigger user friendly sites

I used to buy exclusively from Cosmic PCT, but now I use Sky Star Meds on India Mart. I haven't used everything I've bought from them yet, but I know the trazodone and telmisartan are legit.
I used to buy from India mart. But those are small time businesses. At any point they can ignore you, your orders, and they don’t have to worry about maintaining a reputation in communities like these. They also don’t have near the same shipping logistics expertise or partnered with shipping services that have experience with low seizure rates and making sure product gets to you. Also India mart sellers will tell you they will reship but leave you on read when it comes time. I pay the extra couple dollars for pctzone, pct24x7 and cosmic pct.
yeah just ask them, I needed some eye drops and dude was happy to oblige.
