Because the tracking number is German domestic.
Today is a holiday in Germany! Whit Monday. Tomorrow everything will be back to normal.

how is it possible that dhl tracking shows "parcel picked up" but it wont go anywhere? any explanation?
From what I see it’s stuck in a German distribution center. If I enter my postal code it does show my delivery address. So I hope that tomorrow after the German and Holland holiday it starts moving again. If not I suspect that they seized the package.

I also recommend removing any sensitive information from your chat with Leonie. It's not worth the risk over a few dollars. I deleted the tracking numbers she sent me and removed all my personal details, better to be safe.
I ended up wiping the entire chat and would suggest you do the same. If the parcel arrives, great if not, it's a loss of a couple hundred dollars. It's just not worth the risk.

Come on, man this has nothing to do with opspec. But if you've been following along, you know "Leonie" has been threatening to expose customers. I don't care if the data’s on a server or scribbled on a napkin in some Russian guy's basement, as long as Leonie can't see it, that's all that matters.
