If it's properly lyophilized (freeze-dried under vacuum, removing all the water), the answer is no. Vacuum and porous mannitol structure holding HGH also insulate it against temperature fluctuations (think thermos). In fact, it will last longer in a freezer due to lower entropy, slowing down all chemical reactions.
But unless you are trying to preserve it for over a decade, freezing is usually not necessary.

I have it and it doesn't do much for me in terms of appetite suppression to be honest even at 10mg but that may be normal, the tirz is also not very effective on me, the sema seems to work but at a high dose so I may not be a good witness

The TLDR of the crack down: Chinese government and regulators did a mass crackdown on certain substances and chemicals which were used in the manufacturing process. In doing such, they also busted a lot of companies and manufacturers from my understanding. So there are less to no being produced, and there are less people and companies manufacturing the remaining products. this will continue on until the government push and crackdown is over.
