Blast and cycle. And back after inactive

Hello and thanks to take me back. My old account was deactivated because of inactive. But back again . Older and not so wiser I'm 43 years old and want to start training again and start on cycle. Have run before. But never long term . . But this time I'm gonna do it in the long run . When you get Older I have time to training again. And do what I like. And want the boost. Any advice on this long term cycle ?
Cycle Phases

Blast Phases (Weeks 1–12, 21–32, 41–52)

Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate: 500 mg/week (250 mg Mon & Thu)

Dianabol: 40 mg/day (Weeks 1–6, 21–26, 41–46)
→ 20 mg AM, 20 mg pre-workout

Anavar: 50 mg/day (Weeks 7–12, 27–32, 47–52)
→ 20 mg AM, 20 mg midday, 10 mg PM

Arimidex: 0.5 mg EOD


Cruise Phases (Weeks 13–20, 33–40)

Testosterone: 200 mg/week (100 mg Mon & Thu)

Arimidex: 0.25 mg twice/week (Tues & Fri or as needed)

Liv.52: 2 tabs/day during all oral phases (Dbol + Anavar)

Omega-3: 2–3 g/day (heart/cholesterol support)

Multivitamin: 1 tab/day (basic health support)
 
I am just curious what is your size and weight and body fat percentage? There's another thread here that says that liver 52 doesn't do anything.
I'm also listening to a podcast that said the omega3 don't do anything in reference to steroid support. There's a lot of smart people on here that I'm sure we'll chime in I'm interested to see what they say. Podcast with Dr Thomas O'Connor
 
I believe you should not use orals on blast. maybe increase cruise durations, to give yourself more time in between to properly assess progress. your current approach could lead to an ebb and flow of gains, ballooning up when blasting, and decaying on cruise.

splitting your dosage in 3 for the var ist questionable, and switching between Dbol and var is questinable as well. just use the one you want/like, when you need it. go off your bloodwork when deciding when you are ready for orals, when you need to return to a cruise dose, and to assess when you are ready to blast again.

just stick with the test for now, see how you feel, add in some var/dbol/whatever you want a little down the road.
 
The best liver support would probably be TUDCA so get that if you can instead of Liv 52. I also used milk thistle with decent success, ill get my blood results soon to find out how well it worked.

Anavar itself will help you build muscle on any day but the dbol not so much. Id stick to using the dbol on the days you workout only. I use it as preworkout exclusively.
 
Tuca doesn't do anything, there is a thread here that discuss it in great detail. I was a little disappointed to find that out because I just started taking it and thought I had a good prophylactic for some of the orals.

My bodfat is around 20 prosent now. 1.75 heigh. And 83 kg
