Buyer Beware: My Experience with ZYH

Dropping this here as a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering from ZYH.

Our group did a buy where they guaranteed 99% purity on their 24 IU GH kits. Unrealistic? Yeah, we thought so too. Sure enough, that claim quietly shifted to 96%. Then came the next surprise: they were suddenly out of the 24 IU kits and would be sending 16 IU kits instead, throwing in a “bonus” half kit per unit to make up the difference.

When we got the product tested, the results spoke for themselves. Underdosed. Poor quality. High dimer content.

We reached out expecting a fix. Instead, we were told we’d need to return the bad kits—on our own dime. No refund, no extra testing, and no real ownership of the issue. Only after we ship the junk back will they send replacements. And even those are coming in two separate batches, weeks apart.

And seriously… what do you think they plan to do with those returned kits?

Take it or leave it, but if you're considering ordering from ZYH, proceed with serious caution.

Yep. I immediately said that's not happening. And was great with 96%. Rookie move on my part. I knew it was a red flag.

Welp, Months later. Finally received the full reship. We'll get it tested but it came in two batches and they made it cash on delivery so it cost us another 100 plus bucks to accept delivery. We're going to retest. I'll report testing results here once we get these back but buyer beware. These guys still want us to ship the shit product back.

Warning to anyone considering ZYH (Chinese peptide/steroid vendor): Avoid at all costs. I participated in a group buy for their growth hormone, and it was a total disaster. They initially guaranteed 99% purity, which we knew was unrealistic—a huge red flag—but we proceeded optimistically. After we placed the order, they lowered the guarantee to a more reasonable 96%, but even that was a letdown.
First batch: Tested at ~92% purity—severely underdosed, high dimer content. Fell short of their 96% guarantee.
Replacement issues: They agreed to replace but insisted we reship the bad product (super shady—what’s their plan for it?). We refused, and it took months to get replacements.
Replacement problems: Arrived in two batches with cash-on-delivery shipping, costing an extra $100.
Second batch tests: just as bad and well below industry standards and their 96% promise. Frankly, when I shared this with the number of groups people said they never seen about just test this bad. I'm sharing the lab certs publicly to show the failures.
Customer service: Completely unresponsive to follow-ups about honoring their guarantee. Total ghosting.
Overall: Low purity, underfilled vials, high dimers, broken guarantees, and sketchy tactics like COD shipping. Run from ZYH—better vendors exist. See our lab certs.

Good question and fair. We knew that 99% purity was not realistic. But pricing was good and we were trying to vet out a relatively new and unknown source. They had some other testing that came back relatively good on other products. But they completely shit the bed with this. And the way they responded was unacceptable.

Another vendor reached out me on this situation. And I quote "I never understood why they even tried to offer this. HGH is not in their wheelhouse and not an API that comes from their GLP source.".it appears this is not a product they understand not are experienced with.
