Any experience with CJC1295 + Ipamorelin?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to hear about any of your personal experiences with CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin — specifically, whether you saw any notable increases in IGF-1 levels, and if there were any side effects or concerns during your run.

Right now, I’m aiming to naturally optimize GH and IGF-1 while still keeping my endogenous GH axis intact. I plan to run CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin at 100 mcg, twice daily for 12 weeks. My goal is to get a sustained, safer increase in IGF-1 without diving into GH just yet, as I’m still fairly new to the community and want to build a solid foundation first.

I’ll be getting baseline labs tomorrow, which will include IGF-1 and A1C, and will share those once they’re in.

Appreciate any insights or feedback you can share — thanks in advance!

At least your getting a baseline before you start, how old are you if i may ask?

Yeah for sure. I just turned 33
i messed around with those combos you mentioned for months and months with no avail, i was not smart about getting a baseline igf1 so its purely anecdotal, but i didn't notice any of the suggested benefits from that combo, As soon as i started hgh though i noticed the benefits boasted about hgh, Even after a couple years of above average doses of hgh , i still have a lowish igf1 for the amount of iu's i take, but i don't chase a igf1 number anymore because i absolutely reap the full benefits of hgh and in my early 50's i'll take that over a number lol,,

Appreciate the insight. Definitely sounds like HGH delivered for you where the peptides fell short. Good reminder that numbers don’t always reflect the real benefits. Respect for still getting strong results in your 50s.

Yeah, I’ve definitely heard of delayed hypersensitivity reactions with peptides before. That’s one of the reasons HGH appeals to me more being bio identical. I’m definitely on board with HGH and just trying to soak up as much information as I can right now. Same goes for cycling—I only started TRT about 8 weeks ago and I’m already feeling great. Getting labs tomorrow hopefully look good

I found they helped with sleep more than anything else. Be careful with mod grf 1-29 (the cjc) as lots of people have or developer allergies to it. I became allergic after a year of use. Hgh is way better.
I’m currently having this issue with tesa/ipa combo. I’ve read filtering may help with the reactions but really not wanting to find out the hard way

used CJC (no dac) + IPA....
took it 1 hour before bed.

Sometimes have get a flush, nice warm an cosy :) by an already low dose...

I take HGH in the morning and then CJC + IPA before bed ( 3 times per week)
HGH 5 times per week around 3IU.

My mistake was that i bought it already pre mixed on one vial.
Better get them separated and mix you self.

Do you cycle your HGH or run 3iu indefinitely?

Just stick to Tesa if you want proven results within the physiological range while keeping your axis intact. You'll probably eventually get annoyed that rHGH is cheaper per dose for more impactful results though, even if it lacks the safety margin and is less natural.

oh fuck I thought allergies weren't a thing with peptides. Can you just stop and start again after a pause or do people remain allergic?

I tried again after a year of not doing it and had an allergic reaction that was even worse than previous. You can absolutely have allergic reactions to peptides, and some of them have enough immunogenicity to cause allergies to form after repeated use.

I took this combo about 2 years ago before switching to hgh. I got a great recomp effect that was noticeable within about 2 weeks. I was only using for overuse tendon rehab. Ran 2 vials and was done. Im not sure how much injury healing I can attribute. Over about 3-4 months, along with hgh and training changes, my joints were feeling amazing.

IMO it's good for a specific task, but needs to be cycled because your body will stop responding way before 12 weeks. This is where hgh wins by a lot if you're not taking it with a short term goal in mind. More benefit, cheaper cost, bioidentical.

Was it from the same source?

I´m going to start a cycle of CJC+IPA soon. I was taking 2 ui HGH and iwas good but i have read that if you take HGH the axis can be broken and thought taht with this combo you may don´t have this problem...
