Glow dosage for healing benefits

I just added GHK-Cu to my tb and bpc protocol.. I am getting these huge red welps at injection site.. somebody Chime in and tell me if this is common? I mean fyck this.. maybe I have it too strong . I mixed 50/10/10 and am doing 10/2/2..
You are mad and 10mg of ghkcu a day it's dangerous long term. Copper toxicity

You should do 2.5/3mg max a day
Throw it away and recon a new vial properly. You need to dilute it 25/30mg in 3ml of liquid and shoot it shallow I'm not subq

3.25/1/1 that shall be better.. I was looking at the already put together glow came at 50/10/10 and just went with it... will try this new concentration... if the welps persist I'll dilute it a little more... thanks dawg!!!

do it on your legs, very easy and 0 pain for me

I’ve never done any of these IM and this is actually the first I’ve ever read that. The thing I found with GHK is the further around towards my butt or thigh did not react nearly as much. Some people draw their dose and then add bac into the vial to dilute more.

Don’t forget to add your zinc supplement as it will bind to the zinc in your body and delplete it.

GLOW-50 from SSA. 35-GHK/5-BPC/10-TB
Later learned it's not the best ratio. Oh well.
Mixed it with 5ml BAC for a little extra dilution.
First dose started this morning: 50units/0.5ml
= 3.5mg-GHK/500mcg-BPC/1mg-TB
Shoulder IM. *OUCH* Pretty sore. Only lasted 2-3hrs though.

You should do 2.5/3mg max a day
Lowering the dose by half (25units - 1.75mg-GHK/250mcg-BPC/500mcg-TB) would ensure I'm not maxing the GHK, but would it be too small a dose of BPC & TB to really be effective?

From just a quick search I find the approx. lowest effective doses: Per day
GHK-Cu - 1mg
BPC-157 - 200mcg
TB-500 - 50mcg

Curious to know what others real life experiences are with this stuff.

Well I take high doses of tb and bpc so buying everything separately is best for me. Also doing it intramuscular like @Sampei suggested has mitigated the sore spots. I've been putting it in the triceps.
.45ml =
2mg bpc157
2mg tb4
3mg GHK-Cu
Next batch i mix will be 2/2/2 across the board..

I am running the 35/10/5 subcu belly shots at 3mg GHK...will report back in a few weeks. Previously had been doing sub cu TB and BP near my injuries, elbow and heel. decided with the GHk I didnt want to go in those low fat areas

It's an issue with dietary absorption in the gut and it's mainly the other way around. Too much zinc in the diet decreases copper absorption. It's why copper is usually added to zinc supplements.

Interesting.
I see that it is widely suggested to take a zinc supplement when taking GHK-Cu. But how much? Damn, now I have to add another blood test to check copper levels to dial in a zink supp?

Or is it known that a standard 50mg/day zink picolinate cap keeps you from building up too much copper but also isn't so much that it negates the benefits of taking the GHK-Cu?

Looks like the general average copper levels are 60-200mcg/dl. I assume the goal would be to have a cooper level around that upper range of 200. Or is there a supraphysiological number we are trying to get to?

Maybe someone who took half a nutrition class came up with that and it caught on.

It's fine, the point is to not become copper-deficient while taking zinc supps. The pills usually contain zinc:copper in like a 10:1 ratio.

GHK-Cu is not going to make you zinc-deficient.

Injecting GHK-Cu is a different issue entirely from dietary zinc intake. You can't mitigate copper toxicity from injecting copper by increasing zinc intake. That happens in the gut which is bypassed by injecting it.

But anyway I don't think anyone is getting copper toxicity from GHK-Cu.

Honestly this would be an interesting rabbit hole to go down.

I don't know. Seems like you might be wanting to look into levels of the whole thing, GHK-Cu, not just copper.
