planning on making my first order in EU.

I want to confirm a couple of things. In this thread it says 10 days to receive within EU on your shop it says 5-25 days what is correct? Also can you confirm once more that you ship from within EU?

Definitely not 10 days lol. It took them 1 week to package my order, now its in pre-shipment since Monday.

Thanks for the info. It makes one wonder if it is indeed shipped from EU. Most EU vendors take less than a week.

Honestly, for my part, They were much faster than usual.
Ordered Monday and shipped today... I have my tracking with UPS (large order). So your delays are not due to Driada's logistics which are bad but there is a much bigger problem that is beyond our understanding abilities ...

ALLAES will definitely be producing DMAA. The issue was that the previous batch of raw material contained heavy metals or some other impurities, which forced them to purchase a different batch. Because of this, the release has been delayed.

Previously, the store used standard postal services. Delivery times depended on the destination country and the efficiency of the local postal service, which was sometimes unpredictable. On average, it took 7–12 business days. However, at the moment we are using courier services, and delivery is significantly faster from the moment of payment — usually 3 to 6 days.

That's great to see that they are taking things seriously ! I'm happy to see a source that is actually checking what they are selling to their customers.

I completely agree, once they have reshipped my order using dpd it took only 5 days to arrive. Really happy about the customer service.
