MESO-Rx Sponsor Opti USA DOMESTIC - HGH, INJECTABLES, TABLETS, PEPTIDES, & MISC

Definitely have heard of multiple people having reactions to MCT on here with me being one of them. Nothing too crazy but I get a hard little knot after injection that I never get with GSO. Sometimes it can be a bigger knot and take up to a week to go away.
Is that Test C/E in MCT? Primo MCT treats me worse than Primo GSO. But that’s really the only thing that I have issues with.

first vials were mixed sat night(5/17). The others tonight. He’s emailed back and I’m trying to provide everything he’s requested. I will post the comparison picture here of the tirzepatide vs the blacktop hgh. View attachment 329663
hgh and tirz are completely different, i have never had a non hgh peptide get cloudy, but have had some hgh be cloudy, thats a poor example comparin* the two,, whats another vial of hgh look like in comparison? tia

@Opti Any word on when Test E is going to be back in stock?
Also, Do you have any esters that use grape seed oil instead of MCT? I've never tried MCT oil, but have read in a few forums that some people have had allergies to it. Does anyone else have any experience using MCT oils that can give me some insight?
Thanks!
mct is very common and "tolerated by most" ,,

@Ateam2023 Okay knowledge to me. I honestly didn’t know. I had ordered both from Opti so I was just using that as a comparison. So in the pic the middle vial is the Tirz so disregard it.

3 vials are mixed with 1ML bac and 3 with 1.2ML. The lower filled vial is the what’s left after I took the first shot.

"I'll filter it anyway.....twice."

B: MESO New User
"I don't want to ask any stupid questions."

C: QSC Customer
"Tracy said it's G2G, no replacement."

D: KnuckleDragger
"It's fine, pinned them like that for years."
(wonders why eyes are asymmetrical)

i had some qsc 15 iu hgh that a couple vials had cloudy/floaties, even though i put 3 ml of hospira bac into them , i just ended up discontinuing the qsc and switched to lobster and its been clear with minimal bac water ,,

The stuff that reconstitutes cloudy, ie aggregates, still ends up with 96%+ purity on Jano tests.

Because it's filtered before testing, If the amount of aggregate was measured and then subtracted from purity, it'd be a lot lower.

But it's not as if only aggregates that are visible are an issue. They have to be 100um at least to be seen. Thats literally millions of rHGH molecules bunched up (and inactive) to make that barely visible spec.

I've had rHGH that was crystal clear completely clog a 13mm .22um filter in under .5ml. (it should easily handle 10ml of liquid). That meant that clear rHGH was packed with aggregates that are sub-visible.

i guess if we aren't using "pharma grade" hgh , this is just a fact of ugl hgh, I didn't even filter the cloudy shit i just tossed it, its strange on my part , i will filter ugl oils but when it comes to filtering hgh, i am just LAZZZY af,,

I agree. I use UGL, and therefore accept it being what it is. I just filter everything to minimize the risk.

The truth is I wouldn't have any more of an issue filtering and using cloudy peptides than one that reconstituted clear, becaue they both present risks from aggregates, and should both be filtered.

The visibility of one doesn't actually make it more hazardous than the "clear" one with subvisible aggregates, it just looks worse.

Tesamorelin (Egrifta) goes generic in the US next year. Hopefully the price will drop to the floor and longevity clinics will prescribe it liberally. Unlike rHGH there are no legal restrictions on prescribing Tesa off label for things like anti-aging, fat loss, and body recomposition.

Finally a legal, pharma grade way of boosting IGF.

Aggregates everywhere. My aggregates have aggregates. My aggregates are having aggregate babies. Had I used a filter I wouldn’t be paying aggregate child support years later.

I saw that study actually, An increase in muscle "quality" as well as the other effects associated with elevated IGF on body recomposition, skin improvement etc.

For long term use the safety profile is fantastic and well documented.

I've never found any explanation for the difference in Tesa effects vs rHGH other than the pulsatile release, but I suspect other hormones are being stimulated to release with GH that haven't been fully accounted for.

I went from rHGH to Tesa (for long term safety), had great results, but ultimately returned to rHGH because good quality Tesa has become increasingly hard to find, and quality seems to be worsening. It's more difficult to manufacture than rHGH.

Do you typically reconstitute that many vials at once?

or was this just to get a clear visual comparison

I have nine more days of Tesa then it's back to GH for me as well. That's good news about the generic, though.

Had many cloudy GH vials from K4L. Figured potency would be less so I just used more ‍♂️

Just picked up more gold tops from Opti, along with some primo/mast/tren E while they were in stock
